PIH Health Legacy Society is a group of like-minded donors who have remembered PIH Health in their estate plans. These generous individuals have shared with PIH Health Foundation their intention to support the mission of PIH Health beyond their lifetimes. They are visionaries who share a passion for the future of excellent health care in their community.
Examples of estate gifts include:

• Bequest intentions
• Charitable gift annuities
• Retirement plan or IRA beneficiary designation
• Or other gift planning vehicle

If you have remembered PIH Health in your estate plans but are not yet a member of the PIH Health Legacy Society, we would like to extend an invitation to you to join.

When you advise PIH Health Foundation that a gift to support PIH Health has been included in your estate plans, you automatically become a member of the PIH Health Legacy Society. Your membership allows us the opportunity to honor you and will encourage other potential donors to follow your example.

Becoming a PIH Health Legacy Society member is simple. The only qualification is to advise PIH Health Foundation of your intention to support PIH Health through an estate gift. To join today, please call 562.698.0811, Ext. 81598.
