Supporting PIH Health
We are a nonprofit healthcare system that relies on fundraising from generous donors and community members. As early as the 1950s, our community recognized the need for strong basic services: schools, police, fire, local government and quality healthcare for all residents. Many people stepped forward to support community health—going door-to-door with empty coffee cans ready to collect coins. Funds they raised by working together built a hospital that attracted the outstanding physicians and nurses who care for you.

Growing a Healthcare Network
From our opening nearly 100 years ago, PIH Health has grown into the integrated healthcare delivery network that now serves more than two million people in and around Los Angeles and Orange Counties and the San Gabriel Valley. All the while, residents of our communities have shown their generous spirits and ongoing support in many ways.
PIH Health Foundation is a separate, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that is led by a volunteer board of directors—members of our community who want to help ensure quality healthcare for all. PIH Health Foundation raises funds to help purchase the tools and resources our doctors and nurses need to care for you and your family.
