PIH Health hospitals have a partnership with Commerce Bank to offer payment options. This option is not available for PIH Health Physicians patients.

Hospital patients may enroll in a Commerce Bank external line-of-credit. You’ll receive the following benefits through our partnership with Commerce Bank:

• Easy enrollment, open to all patients regardless of insurance coverage
• No credit check, and enrollment in the program will not affect a person's credit rating
• No set-up fees, charges or penalties for early payoffs
• One monthly payment, with ability to consolidate multiple accounts
• Zero percent interest rate
• Terms of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months based on balance
