Nursing Shared Governance
Partnership Councils
We encourage every employee to speak up when they see an opportunity to improve. Our Partnership Councils were created to allow a formal gathering for shared decision-making. We believe the best solutions are created from those who do the work. The Partnership Councils are comprised of front line staff from each department who are responsible for working together to continuously improve the performance of their unit.
Night Shift Council
The Night Shift Council is a multidisciplinary team of staff members from various areas of the hospital scheduled to work the night shift. The team addresses issues that are unique for the night shift. Through listening and collaboration, they work together to problem solve and generate new ideas to create positive experiences for our patients, employees and staff members.

The purpose of the committee is to ensure consistency and alignment with our vision of “Patient’s First” by serving as an advisory board for evaluating nursing practice and emerging practices throughout the organization.
