Prescription Refills
Call us when you’re ready to refill a prescription. We’ll prepare the medication for pickup or free mail delivery to your home. During challenging times, such as COVID-19, we offer curbside pick-up at our Santa Fe Springs and Whittier pharmacies.
If you currently fill your prescription at another local pharmacy, we can easily transfer it for you to a PIH Health location.
Medication Therapy Management
Ask a pharmacist to review your medications and help make sure you’re getting the most benefit from them. During a one-on-one appointment, you’ll get answers to questions about your prescriptions, side effects and most effective ways to take your medications.
Vaccinations
Bring your family to the pharmacy for vaccinations, including:
- Hepatitis A and B
- Flu
- Meningitis
- Pneumonia
- Shingles
- Tetanus
- Travel vaccinations
- Whooping cough

Diabetes Education & Support
Your pharmacy can show you how to use a blood glucose monitor, inject insulin and use insulin pumps. Ask us for information on healthy eating, too, so you can reduce symptoms of diabetes.
Hospital Bedside Delivery
If you stay at PIH Health Whittier Hospital, PIH Health Community Pharmacy will conveniently send medications to your room before you go home. You won’t have to worry about having the prescriptions you need to stay well when leaving the hospital.
Provide your copay when you get the medications, just as you would at the pharmacy. We can’t add the prescriptions to your hospital bill.
Paying for Medications
Your medication costs will be comparable to other retail pharmacies and copays will be the amount set by your insurance plan. Call us for information on resources to help pay for your prescriptions.
