I feel incredibly fortunate and lucky that this provider was recommended to me in a time that was uncertain and a little bit frightening and not easy to deal with. It was easy to get an appointment. The referral process took me a bit of navigation, but that was really on my end. And I just couldn't believe I'd never been to this hospital before, and I actually couldn't believe the staff, the courtesy, the doctor's office, and just how everything was handled. So I finally feel like I'm on the right track to figuring out what's going on with my ear problem, and so I am grateful for that. Thank you.

We didn't think the location of the office was in a very nice neighborhood, but we really appreciated the valet parking that cut a lot of walking off of the visit and possibly having wheelchairs available might be helpful as well. But we thank you for the care. Thank you.
