Everyone, starting with the security guard, was very informative since I was not familiar with the building. Everyone I came in contact with was polite. The nurses were very welcoming and friendly. The Doctor asked me questions about my condition and gave me positive feedback.

It's terrible attention, I had an appointment at 3 pm, it lasted 2 hours, no one attended to me and I left the place, it's a lack of respect if you go with an appointment.
