Dr Mitry and staff have always been kind and compassionate. We have been with them for well over 20 yrs. We moved to South Orange County and still drive 40 miles to see him.

Have been coming to this office for years and it's always a positive experience from check in to doctor visit.

Dr Mitry is a a caring doctor that takes time to treat and hear his patients. Thank you Dr. Mitry for all you do.

Dr Mitry is always very personable and relatable. He is professional in his dealings with me and at times my family in the past.

Dr. Mitry and Dr. Mitry's staff upstairs are top notch. I really, really, really would not trust any other doctor with my health or my issues. I definitely recommend it to everyone who asks about a doctor and I would send my family in a heartbeat if they needed him.

The doctor did not put all the prescriptions in that I needed. And I waited two and a half weeks for an appointment.

Just wish that l would be able to get an appointment when l need to his appointment are always full and that not good

Only thing I was unhappy with is I was unable to have my labs done at my appointment. It was an Annual Wellness Appt so labs should've been taken. I shouldn't have had to schedule a separate appt to have that done.

I really enjoy visiting with my provider. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I'm very secure with this provider and look forward to my follow-up.

Dr. Mitry and his staff are very courteous and professional. Dr. Mitry is very interested in all of my needs. The only set back is that it is virtually impossible to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I cannot see him when I have a medical need. For this reason I would not recommend his office to any friends and family.

He's the best doctor

The service was very good, the staff was very attentive, but there were a lot of problems and a long wait to schedule an appointment.

Appointments are not always available closer to the time that we need it. However, he's excellent at making adjustments for us. Thumbs up for Dr. Mitry.

Dr Mitry is the true meaning of a doctor. Caring, intelligent, respectful, there is a wait to see him and I understand why. I'd wait a year if I had to. Although pih has grown so much , he reminds me of our family doctor I grew up with. I hope he stays forever!

Compassionate and caring doctor

it was great! Dr. Mitry is an excellent person, I feel very confortable whit him, he listens and gives you advice, and treatment for a better health.

Getting appointments is not great at all. Doctor needed us to reschedule for 3 months and staff said there's nothing until October. Which is ridiculous!! Never had problems before. This is was not good.

I left a DMV Form with the receptionist 2 weeks prior to my appt. No one could find this form. My Dr. had no knowledge of this form. Also I would like to say that your lobby receptionist are rude.

The doctor himself is very good and caring, but it is impossible to get an appointment with him without some help. And he's just overbooked very much.

This office always over books their appointments. I am going on several years now of not having my physical or blood work done do to poor communication on the administrative end, as well as horrible wait times without updates or check-ins on the medical staff side. At this point my family and company are searching for different alternatives. PIH doesn't not care about or represent their clients health.

I was called without waiting long and I got full attention from my doctor. I would go there again.

The lady at the reception desk saw that I was in pain when i came in to be seen at the immediate care clinic, it wasn't open until 10am. She was very helpful and kindly got me an appointment with Dr Mitry almost right away. Dr Mitry was great and i am thankful that he could see me almost right away. A great experience.

I am not satisfy with getting an Ophthalmology appointment for a follow up as needed for my vision care. The referral was done immediately by Dr. Mitry, but the appointment given with an Ophthalmologist in your clinic will be causing a delay, and hopefully will cause no damage in my vision care.

I was there for an existing Medical issue and was given what was supposed to be a yearly checkup. I had distinctly hexpress that I did not want. I not satisfied with either.

Always a pleasant experience going to my appointments. Dr. Mitry and the PIH staff are always friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was the lab guy (name removed). I had been waiting about 5 minutes when the next person dropped their lab sheet right before Steve called them first. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes to draw blood which was not an inconvenience but to me it displayed a lack of attention that he wasn't aware whose lab had been sitting there first. Otherwise he was still friendly and did his job.

I have convinced my husband to take Dr. Mitry as his primary physician. We are both happy.

Dr Mitry and staff were all helpful and and kind through out my visit

I did not enjoy being under Dr. Mitry's care. He made dismissive and derogatory comments about my decisions regarding reproduction, and he tried to switch my antidepressants. He is not my primary care doctor and I did not feel comfortable with him. I would never recommend him and I never want to be under his "care" again. I have never been so disrespected as a woman in a medical office. My decisions with my body are not his concern. I was not coming to him for advice regarding having children; so his comments were out of place and inappropriate.

Great facility and wonderful staff

My provider and office staff are fantastic. The fact that I checked in 20minutes before my appointment and wasn't seen until over a full hour until after my scheduled appointment is absolutely insane. The office staff left me know that it was because they were a bit behind today. How are you a full hour behind only 90minutes into your work day?

Hi, the guy set me up for a follow-up. When I got there, they didn't know why I was having a follow-up. Prior to the follow-up, I was seen three weeks before and I was told I had cancer based on high PSA. I tried to discuss it and say, well, I haven't had any tests. I have an MRI schedule. No, you have cancer. Your PSA keeps coming higher. You have cancer. Not a nice thing to say to someone. Thank you.
