DrTran was quick , knowledgeable, very concerned, gave me answers and directions easy to follow and understand..

We waited three hours and the office staff went out of order. There was three patients seen after we checked in.

Dr. Tran did give me the right medication in order for me to improve in health over the week.

The wait time was very long. I waited almost an hour to get seen in the office. I was in the waiting room and it took very long time for him to come in to see me. But other than that, everything else was great.

Yes, it really took too long to get into the into the room with the doctor. It took like four four hours. And I realized this was an emergency and there was not much you could do about it because even though there was light traffic on Monday, I think it's, we're talking Monday or Tuesday. Okay. Thank you.

The best.. service, staff was very professional and respectful. I am impressed with the time I was in and out.. being that I was 5th in line. I work for PIH and I am very impressed with the organization and the office I work for. Good hospital to work for. Hope to retire from there. :)

Need more more Medical (doctor, PA's, Nurse Practioner, Med Student) staff on duty.

Hi, my name is (PHI removed) and I was hoping to get an antibiotic, but yesterday I guess I wasn't that sick. Today it went to my chest, so tomorrow morning I'll be back in the office, I'll be back at urgent care. So, I'll need a note for work right now I feel lousy, so I'll be in tomorrow. Thank you.

My service date that this call is about was wonderful, but a week before that I had gone and we were turned away at 7:30 p.m. and told that the Urgent Care was closed due to meeting capacity. However, the doors say 8 o'clock, so I'm confused. Is it patient care first, which is the motto of CIH, or is it I need to go home first? That's all I want to say about that.

He was really good. I was on a time crunch and I know that there was a huge line in front of me. I know that it was like an hour wait for the sheer amount of people, but he got to me. And like 30 minutes earlier than I expected. And he immediately knew what the issue was. It was a tolerable skin condition. And yeah, he gave me a really quick answer because I wanted to get out and get the medication and he was super with it. He was very accommodating. Thank you.

the wait time was pretty ridiculous especially when it's urgent to see a dr. that may have caused my BP to go up too.

Dr. Chen was respectful and listened to my concerns with sincerity. The wait time in urgent care of 3 hours was unacceptable. Only 2 doctors were there and they were unfairly burdened with an unreasonable caseload. Situations like this, have the likelihood of creating more problems as well as undermining this health care system. Staff this unit with more doctors. Show you care about us with your actions, not just your jingles or slogans.

Waiting time was about two hours.

It was an Urgent Care facility, so there are no appointments, therefore I marked "No" on apt.access.

Great doctor great care and great experience

I was impressed by Dr. Tran's professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. He approached me with respect and empathy. I appreciated that he reviewed my chart and urinalysis and came in with questions and a plan. I hope he continues to work there. He's definitely an asset.

I guess just checked when center is extremely has high volume of patients. previous visit only took 30-40 mins waiting time. for the current visit, it was approximately 2 hour wait. At least front desk staff gave me a warning regarding wait times.

It was a good experience. 1st time I've been to an Urgent Care, PIH.

I liked it because of all the times I've gone, this time I experienced them speaking Spanish to me, and that was very good for me. That's all my comment.

I would rather have seen my PIH Primary Care doctor than an Urgent Care Provider, but my Primary Care doctor was booked for the next month. I can get better care from my PIH Primary Care doctor than an Urgent Care Provider because my family and I have a 30-year relationship with him.
