Did not know what was my symptoms. Couldnt really provide me with a clear reason of my pain.at one point provider said well I dont know.basically paid my co payment to return home with no answer as to what I was feeling.

Nothing, everything went well

Everyone was very nice and the Dr was very thorough and explained everything to me

The nurse was excellent. Very friendly and up beat

The provider was rude. She made comments about how I am "super young to be pregnant", saying how my eye glasses are really thick, and telling me that I look like I need to gain weight and asking if I am eating. I have been slim my entire life and no matter her opinion you don't decide who is the right age to be pregnant.

The doctor was wonderful, but I just didn't see an office that was appealing to me. The bed was all worn out, and it just didn't have a good presentation.

Ms. Tran was very personable, educated, informative, and very kind. Enjoyed her a lot.

I wanted to get my sugar level tested, but for whatever reason, I didn't get it done. And I talked to the doctor. I talked to the doctor and let her know this is what I wanted. But for whatever reason, I didn't get it.

When I had the appointment, it just seemed like I had a cold. My mucus was clear. I felt really good and all that good stuff. But then the day after, I started coughing up like yellow phlegm. And I still feel good, but that kind of symptom is different now. And I guess that just means I have a cold or something. But I feel good.

Dr. Tran was very professional and courteous. I appreciate that. I will consider her for future visits.

Super service

So we went to initially to the urgent care in Montebello and when we got there we were told that the doctor was going to go on his lunch and that he couldn't see my mother for two hours because he still had to see all of the patients that were in the waiting room. And so with that being said, I think that the wait times on the internet for PIH urgent care are very misleading because we took the time to drive there and then when we drove there and we took the time to drive there it said 45 minutes but when we got there the gentleman said that the doctor was going to lunch and there was only one doctor. So while he's at lunch, no one sees patients and before he saw my mother he had to see all of the patients in the waiting room. So instead of 45 minutes it was now two hours at the least or because he wasn't sure.

Made a mistake for the first question. It shouldn't have been a one. It should have been a four. They should all be fours or a ten. Great service. So, again, the question number one, I hit the wrong button. It said no. It should have been a yes or a four for outstanding. Thanks. Bye.

The staff was very reliable, friendly, courteous, wanted to help out, very patient. The doctor was very patient, took her time explaining everything, took her time listening. I think that's very important for a patient like myself with a new doctor. Showed character, like a human being, not a robot, like she really cared. I would really recommend this doctor's office, my new doctor's office, which is very well. Wouldn't change anything about it. Thank you so much.

I'm hard of hearing, I told her I read lips, and she made sure I understood her. She also informed me about the results. Great!
