I had a procedure done and all along the way she was explaining to me exactly what was going to transpire and she was very kind and very courteous. I liked her very much.

Dr. Leung has excellent "bed side manners." She is a great listener and as a patience you feel completely comfortable speaking with her. She cares and is knowledgeable. I left feeling like all my concerns were addressed.

Dr Leung is professional and caring. I look forward to my annual visit with her.

Need to work on faster wait times , waiting 45 min after your appt to be seen is unacceptable

Front desk staff was rude, nurse was lovely. Dr. Leung was compassionate and took the time needed to discuss my health concerns and options.

I would have liked the implant I have in my arm to be removed during the visit, this way I don't have to take time off of work to schedule another visit.

My experience with my appointment with Doctor Leung was fantastic. The doctor and the medical team were patient and very caring.

I really, really like this gynecologist. I've never seen her before, but she paid attention to me, and she took good care of me. And she, I walked out of there feeling relieved that I was not sick. Thank you.

I am (PHI removed) and I am happy with the skin doctors. But what I don't like is lately when I go to see a specialist they've recommended, they take up to four/five months to give me the first appointment, and that's what I haven't liked at all because there are times when we're having emergencies. Like in the past, I had a great amount of heart palpitations and my doctor sent me to the cardiologist in May, and they gave me the appointment until now July (unreadable) and gave me appointments in December. I didn't like that because when you need medical attention it should go fast, and that's what I haven't liked with the service. But everything else is good. I'm happy with the appointments. It's just what I noted that I haven't liked. Thanks.

I really liked this doctor. Very kind and knowledgeable. Great bedside manners. Easy to talk to. I trust her as my gynecologist.

Dr. Leung is an amazing physician that i trust fully with my health. She was caring and understanding to the issues that transpired all of a sudden. She had the staff fit me in for a same day appointment.

She kind've blew me off and told me to go back to the other gyno I was seeing because she had blood test done, but I told her I wanted to switch to her because it was more convenient and I could get in within a couple weeks instead of a few months like the other girl, but she just kept telling me to go back to her, so I still need to find someone else who wants a new patient that I don't have to wait months to get in.

I was lucky because i was able to grab cancellation for the next day.

Dr Leung is such a great Doctor . Me and my daughter happy to see her. And her staffs are very nice too.

I feel like the consultation is cut short and I was waiting for like almost an hour to be seen by the doctor and yeah I think she should take the time to really listen to my concern and instead of like rushing it. Thank you.

First of all somewhat, mostly and definitely should not be part of this survey ,this is the first time I am seeing this doctor she was very nice and attentive but I would not know how good a doctor she is after one visit

The Dr. was amazing and listened to and responded respectfully to all of my questions and concerns. She didn't brush off my concerns like doctors have done in the past and even recommended further treatment.

My visit was great. I would like to only point out one thing. Upon my arrival for check in. One of the receptionists greeted me with "oh, you have a past due balance of x amount of dollars would you like to settle this now?" She said this out loud where the whole waiting room can hear. This is more of a private matter. I asked her to please lower your voice this is not for all to hear.

I like the friendly knowledge nurse, NP and doctors. When I arrive they know why I'm there and are very helpful and make me feel heard.

Teresa was though and took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to help with advise. She also was able help with the removal of my UDI when the strings were no where in sight .. very patient

Dr. Leung was outstanding. She listened, took her time and explained everything. I could not be more happy with the care she provided.

I spoke with the doctor about a medical concern of mine that I think requires more in-depth testing. I don't believe my provider ordered more in-depth testing, but I do feel some resistance to my suggestion that I might have a certain syndrome or a certain disorder that I'd like her to look into, and I wish she had given it a little bit more patience and time and attention and to be more open to my feedback versus hers. Thank you.
