She is a great Dr and very understanding. I thank her so much for seeing us with our last visit. I really feel like she cares for her patients and goes the extra mile.

It took WAY TOO LONG to get an appointment (6 weeks!), but we were entirely satisfied with every single staff member during our appointment. From the front desk to the super warm and helpful nurses helping Dr. Gonzalez to the doctor herself, who was an excellent and confident communicator and thorough practitioner. Seems like we've finally found someone who compares to our beloved Dr (name removed).

The appointment could have been done over the phone or via the app. I took time off work and my daughter missed school time for less than 5 minutes of interaction with the doctor. I had a simple question, which I sent over the app, and was asked to come in. I wish the provider would have been more cognizant of our time as it seemed as though she did not read the message on the app. I am quite disheartened by this experience.

Everything went well didn't give 10 only because it was our first visit

The nurse staff was super sweet and patient. Dr.Gonzalez was super patient with our baby and I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by how gentle and warm she was throughout the appt!

Our appointment was for 9:40am. We were taken promptly to exam room and vitals taken by 9:40am. Yet were not seen until a little after 10:00am.

I give the Dr and the girls in the front desk a 10. They are excellent. However, I give 1 only to the two girls who helped me with my daughter. First, none of them introduced themselves. The one who took notes in the computer seemed to be in a rush and left the room without saying anything. The other girl who took my daughter vital sign and weighted her, she didn't seem to have experience and patience with kids. ( she had fake eyelashes, but I don't remember her name )

Dr Sylvia Gonzalez is amazing. We love her and our son is always coming up with excuses to go see her. She provides top notch care.

Dr Gonzalez has been our family pediatrician for 5 yrs now and I wouldn't have picked any other for my second born. We love the service and care we get from her for our children. I definitely recommend her!

Very happy with Dr. Gonzalez follow up with our daughter. My only concern is her medical assistant seemed careless or indifferent when attending our daughter. Her vaccinations were very rushed, no gentleness, or attempt to soothe baby was done. The bandaid placed on her wasn't even placed properly, it was off by the time we walked out of the room. As a parent I want to see the healthcare providers my child visits show some care or concern for her well being. Please help to make her experience visiting Dr. Gonzalez in the future more positive.

This was my first time being seen by this doctor and it was excellent.

(PHI removed) has been going to Dr. for 4 years now and now my daughter (name removed) goes to her. I also referred my sister in law as she had a baby in March the staff is sweet the office is clean and if Dr. is not available other doctors there are also great.

We did not see the doctor at all. We waited 50 minutes before leaving and no one communicated with us about why the doctor was taking long or anything. We will be switching providers.

She was the only doctor that listened to my concerns, regarding my autistic son. I had taken him in twice before to urgent care, and they were very dismissive. Dr. Gonzalez was the only one that took my concerns and worries about him seriously, and he wound up getting the treatment and antibiotics that he needed for his pneumonia.

I was able to receive a last minute appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. She is not my daughter's primary pediatrician but she definitely would be in a heartbeat. I'm blessed to have 2 great pediatricians I can entrust my daughters health care. I genuinely appreciate the approach and the special touch she has to make the families feel comfortable. My daughter is now 5 and she said how amazing and grown she felt because Dr. Gonzalez spoke to her directly and made her feel what she said was important and valid. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez for taking great care of my most precious blessings.

Both the doctor and nurses made sure to help my daughter feel more comfortable.She was very upset and was still spoken kindly too and was even given stickers and a coloring page with crayons to help pass the time.She left less upset and we got the help we needed

Dr. Gonzalez has always been very good with my son. She always remembers him and asks follow-up questions from before, so we appreciate that.

She didn't take the time to explain clearly what was causing my child's diaper rash. She needs to realize not everyone speaks doctor talk and sometimes needs to explain things in simpler terms. Won't be going back to this doctor

Overall great experience. All staff were friendly. MD was very thorough.

Dr. Gonzalez was very helpful she heard my questions and answered them. She made sure to answer all my questions before she was done. I was very happy with my visit and made me and my daughter feel comfortable.

I really like the fact that the doctor explained things to my kids, explained the reason why something was being done, what they were looking for. I think it's important for them to have a better understanding of why something is being asked for them or why they're doing something. So I appreciated that. Thank you.

The nurses and staff were wonderful and kind. As we do every year, I take both of my sons to their yearly wellness visit with Dr. Gonzalez. My youngest is afraid of receiving vaccinations and can be difficult to administer when a child is crying and refusing to remain still. The nursing staff was patient, kind, and quick and we worked together to calm my son enough to where he sat to receive the vaccines he needed.

We have been coming to Dr Gonzalez for over 17 years with our 3 children and she has always provided excellent services.

I love Dr. Gonzalez. She is an amazing pediatrician and a diamond among a bunch of other pediatricians that I had very poor experiences with. My friend recommended Dr Gonzalez and I'm so glad she did because I almost gave up on PIH providers altogether for pediatrics. Thank you Dr Gonzalez!

Obtaining the doctor's note was a little bit challenging because the initial date that was placed for return to activity was four days later, three days later, and that had not been discussed with the provider. So I was needing to obtain and return to the office to obtain a note that would allow my child to return same day. And there was a little bit of difficulty initially in requesting or obtaining, in the request being fulfilled, but in the end the correct date was placed on the note and the note was emailed to me. It took probably about 45 minutes of our time, however, which delayed her return to school.

I often feel judged when I make choices on behalf of my children. I don't feel understood all the time.

The provider was very understanding with any of our concerns we had regarding our child's health. She was very kind. My husband and I greatly appreciated being updated with our child's health and lab results. We will return to see her if our child has any health issues.

Dr. Gonzalez was very kind. My daughter even said, "she was so nice mommy!"

Love that she caught what the urgent care doctor prescribed my son on 12/25 and explained how bad it was and canceled it!

Our experience was mostly positive from the time we checked in until given the patient visit summary. However, the nurse (or LPN) who assisted my daughter with her vitals showed no care and seemed to be tired. The mother of my child and I looked at each other in agreeance that the nurse wasn't too pleasant when serving us.

Everyone in the office including Dr Gonzalez were excellent. Very friendly, and helpful.

Felt judged by Dr. not accepting the flu shot for my child when she asked more than once.

Dr. Gonzalez is always very kind and patient and thorough. She treats us with the utmost respect and makes sure that my daughter feels comfortable before completing her exam.

Thank you for giving my daughter a thorough examination/ time spent, nothing felt rushed. We look forward to seeing our pediatrician again.
