Susette Grosveld has helped me work through my digestive issues. She explains things in a very clear manner, and listens to what I have to say and then we discuss it. I have been very pleased to have her for my doctor.

Susette Grosveld was so patient and willing to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. As a matter of fact, I had one question after I left so I sent a message to her through the portal. I received an answer within a few hours. Everything about this appointment was great.

Everything about the visit was very positive. I just was upset that I couldn't get in any earlier, but that is with all doctors. You just can't seem to get in within two or three weeks, and sometimes you just feel like you need to see them sooner than that. But I very much liked the doctor, and they were very kind and helpful. Thank you.

There were attempts to cancel, reschedule and arrive earlier to this appt. On Monday Sept 16th, I received a call to check if I can reschedule my appt on Sept 18th. Then, I received another call a day before my appt with results of my biopsy. She was unable to answer my questions and put me on hold to get the answers. After this call she asked if I still wanted to keep my appt for the next day. I said "yes". The next day, I received another call to check if I can arrive 1/2 hour earlier. I said 'no" because I work until 3:30. I was now a little frustrated and thought do they want to go home early? What's the deal? During my visit with Susette, she seemed a little reserved and distant, but after a while she seemed more approachable. I informed her that Dr. (name removed) and I are trying to figure out what is going on with my health and this is all new to me, so I want to be as educated as I can with my situation. So Susette did take the time to answer my questions and provide more information. Wow, what a journey!

I want all the answers to be 10. Like, it's up and down good. Up and down, everything's good. The rating system on the phone is not good, though. But this provider and the other provider that I saw last week are all good. Anyway.

Susette Grosveld is simply the best. Her listening skills are matched only by her empathy and good humor. I always come away reassured, even with my somewhat complicated issues, and I always feel heard. Having her on my "team" is one of the best things about PIH.

Everything went accordingly, it was very quick appt.

Follow-up appts. are made before leaving, so there's no wait to schedule a next one. It's difficult to under- stand a doctor when wearing a mask when someone my age is hard of hearing. The worst part is having to pay $ 5 for parking, when $3 was bad enough.

She explained everything I needed to know about the procedure.

The facility was great. Employees were great. I had a great experience. I plan to try their optometry, checking my eyes to see if my insurance will go there. If they allow me to go, I'll go to PIH. Overall, I just feel comfortable and I'm grateful for their great service that they provide. Thank you.

I made my appointment to see Dr. (name removed). The nurse informed me that I made the appointment to see the physician assistant. I didn't know the physician assistant's name so how could I make an appointment with her. I don't like this switcheroo. I think this should have been explained to me.

My experience with s. Grosveld was extremely pleasant. I felt very comfortable. My concern/complaint is in regards to whom ever took my initial call for appt. I do not recall her giving me her name however she was very cold, short & rude. I called Monday & couldn't be seen until Thursday with the PA (again she's great!) my regular dr was another week out. I could have sworn the out going recorded message said if you need to speak with one of our medical staff member or make appt please stay on the line. I didn't feel any compassion for my symptoms, but what I did feel is dismissed. However, the office staff that you sign in with were kind & helpful on the day of my appt. The CNA that assist with Dr was also very kind.

Susette was very nice, very thorough, very knowledgeable. The only thing is I got a cancellation. Other than that, your wait times are a month or two months out to see a provider. That's ridiculous.

It was a great experience for the office visit

Yes, the PAHC vet, she was just really great. She was wonderful. She came in and sat down. She talked to me. We talked about my diagnosis and what I needed to do. And I just, I've seen her, I think twice before. And I really wish that she was a doctor that I would be able to keep and go to all the time. But I really enjoyed just seeing her and having her to talk to me about my diagnosis. But anyways, she's just really great overall. Thank you.

I already had my results in my portal so my appointment was meeting with Suzette to talk about my upcoming liver biopsy and reorder new blood work in one month. My only complaint is it takes too long to get an appointment. It was a month and a half before I could review results with a doctor. My doctor wasn't available for two months. Anyway, I got it and I got to meet PA Suzette with fabulous hair! She was very cute and so helpful going through all my results.

I think it's important to listen to the patient when they're going through things or they feel like things are not good or I just feel that it would be nice to be able to talk to a provider who listens and cares and doesn't make me feel crazy because I already do. I'm going through a lot and I'm doing my best and I'm trying to do everything that I'm told so I can get better. But I don't like being made fun of or to be made to feel that it's just anxiety because it's not, it's not just anxiety. I didn't like feeling like that. I just want to feel better and I just want to talk to somebody

It was very adequate. From the time I signed in, they immediately called me in. I didn't take more than 23 minutes and they called me. It was very punctual and they were very kind. The doctor explained in regards to the tests and they gave me a copy. I'm very happy because she explained to me and also prescribed new medications. Thank you and have a good day.

I was in extreme pain and they didn't seem to care to help me. I felt my feelings & symptoms were brushed off. I was told to ER. So I did & have been in PIH hospital for 4 days. The office visit was a complete waste of time.

i had initially gone to the wrong floor- the receptionist on 5th floor helped me look for the correct floor and office. very helpful and took the time to assist.

Although I felt the PA was very good, I was given incorrect medications by the PA. Dr called me later and made correction. Appointments are ridiculously hard to get. Most appointments are for 1 1/2 to 2 months from day you call. Very frustrating when you are dealing with something that needs attention. Still, the doctors and PA are very professional and very attentive.

The attention from the medical staff and also from the people at the front office is good, but telephone communication to get an appointment is very difficult. One can wait more than an hour or even longer, and when one is working and doesn't have free time, waiting and waiting is the only negative thing I find. Thank you.

Hi, I spent five dollars for parking and the same information that she gave me was the same information I got after the colonoscopy. So to me it was just a waste of time and money to go see her. I mean, I don't have anything against her, but it was just a waste of time.

Susette was very sweet and asked a wealth of questions and answered all of my questions. She physically checked my complaints by applying pressure where I have concerns about my digestive tract. I was impressed that she covered all my areas of concern. She was great.

Physician Assistant Grosveld was helpful, knowledgeable, and an overall consummate professional.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I felt like my medical issue was addressed with care.

The wait time to have somebody answer the call was ridiculous. Any time I've tried to call them, it has just taken forever. A couple of times I'd had to go back to it. Today I was on there for at least 20 minutes, and they kept a down count, you know what down count it is, and now it's down to five and then three and then it went back up to five again. And I mean, it's just ridiculous trying to rate to talk to somebody to schedule an appointment. That's my mainly main negative.

Felt the provider rushed through our appointment and wasn't attentive. Please brush her up in patient etiquette!
