Dr. Kang always treats me with respect. She listens to me and never rushes me. I always enjoy my visits with her

Staff is always kind and doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain all so well to me.

I always feel I can ask my doctor anything and she'll answer honestly and professionally.

I felt heard with my concerns and she took her time to explain things to me.

Dr was very professional and gentle. She was also concerned for my comfort. (Pap smear)

The provider is great, she's empathetic, knowledgeable, listens to what you're saying. My only complaint is the wait time. I had to wait 45 minutes (I arrived 15 min early and had to wait an additional 30 min before I was seen). I'm not sure if the staff is overscheduling unintentionally but I've had to wait at least 30 min for each visit. Which I didn't mind because I have a flexible schedule but I can see it being an issue for people who have things they need to do after their appointment.

I do not blame this on my physician, but I waited an hour and a half to be seen. I know that more than one of my physicians has been double and triple booked, which only stresses them out and makes us wait for our care. It's unrealistic to think that patients will take 5-10 minutes each. It's affecting care!

I love the experience but cannot stand the fact that I have to pay for parking....

I love Dr Kang. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends. I trust her with all my health issues. She always makes my visits with her a comfortable and easy experience. She is very approachable and makes you feel at ease. Love Dr Kang. Truly can't say enough. 10 plus stars!

Yes, I was very pleased with the doctor that was chosen for me. She was very kind, explained everything as it came. I did not have to wait a long time for my appointment. I was very pleased with how she explained everything to me. And I'm glad with the outcome because I was so worried and everything turned out all right. So thank you very much and bye.

First time patient, I was very nervous but staff member from front desk to back were all great!!!!! I am one picky patient but everyone made me feels appreciated.

I don't have an issue pre-registering, but I did not want to pay by credit card on my phone. I wanted to pay in person, and unfortunately, when I got to the front of the line, I had to start all over again, and she said my registration was not completed because I hadn't made the payments. But I didn't want to be forced into, again, entering my credit number on my phone on an unknown network. I prefer to pay in person, so it was a waste of my time, and I consider it busy work. I'm not respectful to the client or customer to waste my time that way. You should be able to register and not have to pay. She said that there was an option that says pay in the office, but I never saw that, and I had to do it twice because I tried to go back to look at something, and it kicked me out, so I did it twice, and both times.

Dr. Kang is a professional, kind,, patient foctor. Highly recommend. Highly value.

At first I was surprised that I needed to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment. I really needed to get my pregnancy checked ASAP because I had a few miscarriages before, and 3 weeks waiting feels so long. I wish the provider can squeeze me in if there's cancelled appointments from other patients. But overall I had a really good experience with dr. Sacha. I got checked, a blood test and ultrasound all together on the same day. All of the staffs are also friendly and helpful. Thank you.

At check in lobby she is very courteous. The nurse or the Tech in the exam. room very thorough in preparing me for the doctor. I love Dr. S. Kang very much she's so thorough, caring in explaining things & she answered all my questions. I will recommend PIH and Dr. Kang to my friends and family.

Dr Kang Chou is a wonderful physician--caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Her office staff are very efficient, and her MA (name removed) was friendly. Dr (name removed) knew my history and past issues, and she took time to understand what my current issues were. I would highly recommended get to my friends and family.

It was my first time seeing Dr.Kang, but she was just as pleasant as my regular doctor and I would be happy to be under her care in the future.

Dr. Kang and the resident were both very nice. The resident was very attentive and thorough. Dr. Kang was very fast talking but I was last minute appointment so I can't complain. I was very disappointed that she wasn't familiar with the gynecological infection I was dealing with. She was honest and said she didn't know what it was but she would look into it. She ran a standard swab that I don't have the results to yet. She did call me later that day to follow up and give me her opinion on my treatment protocol. She said it was fine but provided no follow up appointment or anything regarding retesting. Was a bit disappointed since she does have good reviews online.

Physician need to be educated on other contraceptives besides birth control. Physician did not create a safe environment to talk about sex/contraceptives. I was feeling judged about my medical decisions and did not feel confortable asking questions

Never a bad experience. The only staff and Doctor that I highly recommend from PIH.. staff is always great and Dr. k is the best!!!! I'll say it again the only team I give high rating for from PIH
