I was seen for my left leg sciatica and was prescribed some medication and rehabilitation. The next day (today) I called to schedule an appointment to find out she marked out as my RIGHT LEG wtf now I have to wait for her to correct the mistake by the end of the day . FML I'M HURTING

The doctor told me I had to keep a log of my blood pressure, but didn't tell me what machine to get, where to get it, how to get it, how much it was. And then the second thing, I had a question and she was already with another patient and the nurse said that she would call me back and I haven't heard from that doctor ever since then.

I was itchy 2 or 3 weeks ago. The appointment yesterday was just to talk about my symptoms. I was not itchy yesterday. Scheduling a about is really hard. I been to Urgent Care and going there is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get a great doctor and other time no so good. I wish you had more appointment for Urgent matters.

Yes, this is (PHI removed). On the first question you asked me, I pressed the wrong number. All of the questions were yes, greatly. I was asleep and didn't know what I was saying. So, everything was great. God bless you guys. Thank you for all your quick attention to our situation.

As a new patient it would be helpful to receive more detailed information as to how PIH works. Where to go for bloodwork, does the patient make appt or are they called to schedule appt, will prescription medicine be ordered right away, should I wait at the visit for it. Staff was great but would recommend more direction as a new patient that is unfamiliar with PIH.

The medical team was endowed with people skills: starting with the security guard, the receptionist, the nurse, & the nurse practitioner. They all demonstrated to me that they were "active" listeners, a great asset in taking care of human beings' health!

The provider did not provide sufficient answers to my concerns such as reasons to my symptoms. Overall I got what I needed but it would be nice to have the providers listen to and respond to the symptoms of the patients sympathetically.

Was at PIH for over an hour for a simple sinus examination. I arrived 1:50 for my 2pm appt and left at 3:05. Spent a total of 5 minutes with the PA in training then saw the PA-C for maybe 2 minutes telling me she was writing a prescription.

I felt rushed. I didn't get to address everything I went there for because she was in a hurry to get me out of there. I felt like she didn't listen to what I was saying, especially after reading her chart notes.

It must include time allowed to get an appointment to see your doctor when you're sick, not three weeks after you're sick. So it's very difficult to get an appointment to see a provider.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how adept she was. She went into detail about my condition and told me what precautions she wanted to take. It was for a pre-op and so she was very careful and she listened to me really well.

Yes, I think I pressed the wrong keys on the first two or three questions. I meant to press four all the way because it was an excellent experience and I was very pleased and treated it very wonderfully and thoughtfully. So, it was a wonderful experience. I would want a 10 and please correct the first few answers that I pressed. The one, two, three were my answers for the first question and that was wrong. So, thank you. Bye-bye. It was just great.

we received a prescription for a Vitamin D (50,000 units) which is suppose to be taken once a week. The previous prescription was to be taken once EVERY OTHER week. I am unclear If I should take it once a week or every other week.

Ms. Embrador NP is always very respectful caring and I know if I have any questions or concerns she's always there to answer my concerns. Everyone in this office is very caring and nice. The office makes appointments without consulting you. They just make them ahead of time. And the appointment was not suitable for my schedule. It took me 45 minutes just on hold trying to get through to someone. This has happened before. This is not a good system. I'm very, very disappointed with it. So we should make our appointments with the patient and not on your own and tell them this is what the appointment is. It's not good. And to be on hold for 45 minutes is really unheard of. The truth of the matter is they didn't answer the phone, and they were probably at lunch. I'm very disappointed. This should be addressed. That's all.

The nurse practitioner was really, really nice. She I would say this appointment is probably the first appointment I've made with PIH Health, especially at this location, that I was able to come in as soon as possible. I actually I was able to come in earlier, actually, but it just didn't align with my schedule. There was an opening earlier, so that was really great. And everything of mine was due Friday, so getting that appointment in by Wednesday was really good for the TB test reading and stuff like that. Especially the physical, the nurse practitioner was extremely like diligent about it. I remember last time, they kind of just asked me the questions, but this time she actually did the physical, which is really nice. So and she also was always open to answer my questions. She even like she would prompt me to ask questions, so that was really great. Yeah, so this was probably one of my most positive experiences at the
