Dr. Explained all that was happening to me physically. Fantastic bedside manner. I was very confident in her analysis of my problem. Very professional and left feeling confident.

The whole staff was very efficient + courteous. I was greeted immediately & treated without delay. All my needs were attended to & all my questions were answered. I'm completely satisfied with the service from everyone involved. Good job!

Office was well-run, staff has obviously been there awhile. Always a good sign. Rachel, my provider, was thorough, organized, and allowed me to air any concerns and provided great useful advice in layman's terms.

Wonderful doctor of Rachel Dimacali. She gave me comfort as I had fear of going to the doctors and needles. Not only the doctor, but the two assistants that helped me were wonderful to me. Dimacali will be my primary doctor for now on. I trust her so much. Blood work downstairs the lady who did mine, also wonderful she guide me through to make sure I'm okay.

I think you guys can improve on the amount of times to see a doctor. The wait to get in is just horrible. You guys need to cut down on three to four weeks just to see a doctor. It was never like that. You guys need to get back to it.

I had to change medical groups due to Providence OC no longer accepting my insurance. I was with my Primary care doctor for about 18 years, so I was quite sad to leave her care, but yesterday I had my first visit with PA Rachel Dimacali, and I was very happy with the first visit. I think changing providers was a blessing in disguise. Thank you.

Dr. Rachel Dimacali was great. I hadn't seen a Dr since my insurance changed and she was very friendly and knowledgeable with our conversation. I felt very comfortable leaving her office with establishing care with her.

Rachel was pleasant, detail oriented, and very pleasant, as was her nurse.

The provider went above and beyond to help me, and book a follow up.

Everyone, from the reception area, nurses and the provider were super nice and friendly.

The office was great and the staff was great I just can't believe how long it takes to get an appointment with a provider just to get cancelled and called a week before to be rescheduled 3 months out with my primary doctor for a physical. I ended up switching to a PA Rachel (who was wonderful) but still haven't met my primary.

Just that it was a great experience. Very kind and caring.

Rachel took the time to explain my lab work and went one step further to do some analysis with a map regarding my level of statin medication. She is thorough. She is wonderful.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a PIH provider. Head and shoulders above all the years I spent going to Bright Medical on Lambert.

I don't understand why it takes weeks or MONTHS to see a doctor. I was able to see a PA a little sooner, and she was wonderful, but REALLY...

Nurse Practitioner Rachel Di Macalli was attentive and answered my questions. Nurse (name removed) was very professional and kind.

I always have a positive time with Rachel. She listens , asks important questions, and responds with logic , honesty, and caring. I would refer anyone to her.

I had a great experience, probably one of the best I've had in a long time. I actually felt heard for my issues instead of being brushed off or just trying to give medicine. So for that, I really appreciate my provider this time.

My only complaint/concern is the time it took for me to wait for my appointment. I had to schedule out 6 weeks, that is not acceptable, but had no option other than to call every morning in hope that someone would cancel in order to get seen earlier.

Dr. Rachel was very helpful and professional and attentive.

It takes too long to get an original appointment. And to book a follow up to this appointment is 6 more weeks. This is terrible

My doctor was unavailable at the time of visit. I was in so much pain, heading into a holiday wknd. Rachel Dimacali,P.A.- was so professional, patient and kind. She is AMAZING at her profession. Rachel was really good. She's a great doctor or physician's assistant. And she listened to everything I had to say and she addressed any of my concerns. So yes, definitely, she really is a good person to see and I would recommend her to friends and family.

She was very friendly, easy to talk to, but my husband needed a new medication so it was not put in to our pharmacist so I had to call a week later and they wonder where it was. They hadn't received it. That's all. Thanks.

Rachel was great! all the doctors at PIH that I have seen, or see, are great. The problem is you cannot get an appointment with your doctor and generally any doctor when you need one. This was a lucky timing situation and I'm grateful for that but in general, I've had to go to urgent care more than been able to see anybody when I need one.

What was good was well is the information that the doctor gave me and the only kind of not so good is the scheduling. It takes a long time to get an appointment, not just to myself but with my wife also.

Took FOREVER to get an appointment. I scheduled this appointment along time ago and by the time the appointment date arrives it's not as bad as it was. These practices aren't what they use to be. The provider was fine probably won't necessarily book with her again unless she was the only one available still trying to find someone I trust and feel safe with my care to make my primary haven't been able to find this since my old one left which is now 3-4 years ago.

This was my first time seeing Dr. (name removed) and I thought she was great in all aspects. She took her time talking to me, asking me all of my questions. I hope I get to see her again. Thank you.

I would like to say that Rachel was very easy to understand, however, she didn't allow me to explain to her my symptoms to the fullest and why things were not happening. And she kept focusing on my alcohol rather than what was happening since I've been sober. And so it was like she was focusing on my way history and she wasn't focusing on the now portion. So that's my complaint and that's it.

Took five different people to talk with when first called in to get an appointment. I was in tears by the time I repeated my problem to the fifth person. That is not acceptable! I took a chance on seeing a Medical Professional that I never seen before. Thank God I did. She was wonderful. I am a retired RN. She listened and explained and helped me with an excellent treatment plan.

It was really appreciated that an urgent appointment was provided, to attend my medical needs. The timely evaluation of X rays was great help to my medical concern. Thank you.

It is becoming extremely difficult to make an appointment with my Dr. always two to three months out when my Dr. is needed right away. I was sent to Dr. (name removed) last week and he sent me to the hospital for an ultrasound on my leg. They found a blood clot. The tech called Dr. (name removed) and he told the tech to walk me over to emergency. For what? Five hours later! The emergency Dr. sees me and the first thing she says to me is why are you here since you already know the problem? So, I am not too pleased with Dr. (name removed). I had to do a follow up and of course could not get my Dr. (name removed) and was given Dr. (name removed) again and I refused to see him. That was how I was assigned PA (PHI removed).

Rachel was very thorough and did everything possible . She was very pleasant and knew exactly what she had to do.

I want to first thank the call/appointment center for getting me in to see someone. It's difficult to get an appointment at this med. office. I did have to wait a good while in the medical exam room waiting to be seen. But the wait was worth it. The PA was professional, attentive, asked questions, and examined me thoroughly. I am happy I will getting the help I need. I would recommend her to my friends.

The PA, Rachel Dimacali was attentive, caring, and I felt heard. I give her a 10 out of 10. Overall though, my experience with PIH Health the past 18 months has been terrible. I can never get an appointment when I need one. I was in tears crying to PIH asking for an appointment. I would not accept no for an answer on Monday. It's flat out negligence on PIH Health that patients cannot get the care they deserve. It shouldn't have to be difficult to get care that we pay a high premium for. I have reported PIH Health to Blue Cross Blue shield.

The scheduling process is HORRIBLE! I held for 45 minutes one day then someone picked up and hung up on me . Called back did the call back feature and never got a call back yes i waited until the end to be sure it went through the third time a 40 min hold to schedule my appointment and they could not get me in for 3 months and i needed medication refill. Thankfully called nurse line for medication refills and they were able to help me immediately. The call center is always horrible

Overall I was treated very nice except when I was needed to go to the laboratory, i asked the rep how long should I wait, she's kind not rude the way she answered me.

Rachel was very personable and informative, and staff was helpful and friendly.

She was very good about explaining my situation to us. I was very nervous at the time, I guess I was cutting her off, I didn't notice. But she knew how to handle the situation. I got scared when she put the gloves on.

I was a little disappointed that this provider did not call me back when she said she would, and it was a little frustrating because I moved appointments around so I could be home to take her call, and she never called. I had to call the office, and even after I called the office, she never called. She left a message for the receptionist to call me, which I thought was not very professional on her part. Thank you.

The office staff, nurse and PA were amazing. At the front desk I was treated with dignity and respect. I had forgot my ATM card and I could not pay the deductible. The office stay made me feel at ease knowing that I could still be seeing. The nurse and PA listened to all my needs and even recommended testing that was overdue and needed. Overall very satisfied with the service during this visit.

Rachel is GREAT! I am a new patient with a new doctor that I have never met or even seen, but Rachel is my new go-to doctor.
