This time a very elderly woman with husband in wheel chair was trying to put cash in machine (they were out of order for cash, again) I finally paid her parking. She was in tears. If you're going to charge, get them fixed.

I hate going to any doctor or dentist. Several years ago, another skin doctor found cancer on my shoulder and his nurse cut my back when she removed the stitches from the biopsy. I didn't go back but knew I needed to find another skin doctor right away. I found Dr. Moore in our insurance network on the internet. She is the perfect doctor for me. She did Mohs surgery on the original spot, removed a bothersome cyst from my back, and has kept other skin cancer spots at bay. She is caring, a good listener, always puts me at ease, and explains as she works. She is the only doctor I have ever had that I'm not nervous going to see. I have recommended her to a number of people and will continue to do so.

Although the doctor was terrific, the doctor's assistant or whoever the helper was, was kind of rude and like I'm asking questions, that he's acting like I should know him or, you know, I'll give you a paper at the end. I was so impressed with the staff after I visited Dr. Moore in helping me change my prescriptions to OptumRx, which is like a mail order thing. The staff there went above and beyond with letting me call and troubleshoot. I mean, they really, really helped where I was super confused about it.
