Fast and professional attention at this office.

I felt that the consultation was quite rushed, and I didn't have enough time to fully process or reflect on the information she shared, especially regarding my eye condition. I wish we had more time to discuss the details, as I'm still unclear about some of the points she mentioned. As it stands, I left her office with several unanswered questions and concerns about my eye health.

It is great to have a doctor that respects your concerns and listens to what you are saying. I feel very comfortable with everyone at this location. They explain the item that is in review with you to great lengths, which I think is wonderful.

The doctor was very kind and caring. She explained everything regarding my eye experience. In great detail, and it was most appreciated.

Dr Vu is just wonderful, I see her yearly. She's always so friendly and attentive. Whenever I have a question she always takes her time to answer my question fully in a way I can understand. Office is a bit far from my residence, BUT that doesn't matter because I'm extremely happy of the care she provides.

I have been Dr. Vu's patient a number of years and I feel very blessed that she is taking such excellent care of my vision.

February 2024 I had to cancel an appointment. I had to wait till October 9, 2024 for the next available! At my appoint. I was told I had cataracts and would need surgery. I was told that I would not be able to have the surgery for 3 to 4 months as they are that booked. My only complaint is the extended wait for service.

Exceptional, high quality, high character, high integrity, very professional. Definitely would recommend this doctor for anyone. Thank you very much for hiring that great doctor.

I was pleased with my first visit with Dr. Vu and feel confident that I will receive skillful and compassionate care. The negative was how long it took to see her, after my initial request for an appointment. Three o four months wait is too long! Isn't there some solution to this problem?

Too long of a way to be seen. Can't get the right AM appointment time that I would want. Almost 2 hours to be seen. About 45 minutes to an hour to be seen.

Care is great, but very difficult to schedule a follow up appointment as per doctors order.

I enjoyed personal attention at my visit with all the staff. My unpleasant part was dilation of my eyes, but knowing its importance made it easier.

Wait time to see doctor is too long. Didn't seem to really care what I had to say. Slightly argumentative.

I'd like to be able to schedule my next appointment with the provider, Dr. Vu, at the time that I had the appointment instead of having to wait for six months before calling to make the appointment.

I was very happy with everything from scheduling the appointment to arrival and Dr. Vu is really a good physician in explaining everything to me. That's why I clicked a 10 on those. I accidentally clicked a couple of twos on the first couple of questions. I should have clicked fours. That was an accident on my part because I would have put very good all the way through. Efficient team

Yes, I had a good visit. I did find out after my laser treatment that my double vision kind of is reappearing a little bit, but that's to be expected according to the test I got. I was very happy. They were going to give me a second appointment, but that's not going to be until January of 2025, but I don't think I've got any major problems that would be bothered by that long of a visit between this time and the next one. I did not see my Dr I saw and Dr i did not know she told me i did not have glaucoma I know that for past 30 years i told her i have hiper tension I read the report she never said any of that and it does not say what my eye pressure is Not Happy at all

Dr. Is very professional and answered all my questions and makes me feel comfortable.

I really recommend this doctor and this was for my diagnosis of my eye vision and they were very thorough and I had a checkup which was more thoroughly than the ones I've had in the past. So yes, I would recommend this doctor.

From my regular eye exam to cataract appointment, took 5 months. That is a long time when you can't see out of your eye.

I know I trust Dr. Vu as she will be doing my surgery. However, if she would speak a little more slowly and "dumb it down" a little it would help. Too many technical words to explain the procedure.

Dr Vu is very knowledgeable about glaucoma and does her best to make sure her patients' vision is as good as it can be.

I liked all the services and the system you have to manage everything. The only issue is that the appointments are scheduled too far out. It takes months to see a specialist. It would be better if the visits to specialists could be scheduled sooner and more quickly. Thank you.

I didn't remember to ask for a Summary of the appt. & the staff did not offer one. Today, 4/18, I called to request a copy which they will provide me when I go today to pick it up.

The doctor, I know, is very qualified in what she does, but she didn't spend time explaining what was going on or what is going on with my eye. So, it was, you know, she said it'll all be, the instructions will all be on the paper when you leave, which I thought was very strange, not to really go over it. So, it was just not the best visit.

Dr. Vu is incredibly knowledgeable about my particular eye condition which involves eye pressure that needs to be checked carefully. During the entire exam, she is very friendly yet she is in informing you of what she's doing when she's done she gave me and my wife a very good explanation of what her Assessment was of my current condition... Super thorough!

I am a patient of Dr. (name removed). The office booked me with Dr. Vu. I told her that I popped a blood vessel in my right eye. Dr. Vu didn't examine my eye to see if any other issues. No treatment recommendations were provided. She said the blood will be gone in 2 weeks. I was in and out in 3 minutes.

Very satisfied with all aspects of eye care visit and enlightened by the medical instructions and clarification by all the staff on duty.

I had an overall good experience in the office. They're efficient and, you know, it's my eyes and I trust them, you know, not knowing everything but I believe the doctor is knowledgeable and I rely on her input. So overall it was a good experience and they did call me in pretty quick to do the initial preparation, air in the eye and different measurements that way. So and then I came out to the waiting room and then not that long after I was called in to see the actual doctor. So thank you PIH. Bye-bye.

Visit report mentioned medical conditions that Dr Vu did not discuss with me at all. Inflammation of my eyelids was listed. She did not point this out.

I'm (PHI removed) son, caretaker. Office staff and medical staff are excellent. The problem is you have to wait so long, 30 minutes or more, most of the time, before the doctor sees you.

I appreciated the samples that she provided to me, as no other doctors have ever done that before, and that was very much appreciated.

Everything was excellent! Waiting room chairs could be re-padded, but very happy they all have arms to assist in getting up. Not a complaint just an observation for these old bones.

Access to providers is extremely limited. A sign in the lobby says if you have to reschedule you will wait until May! Really! Hire more physicians. The same is true at the Endocrinology office. Months long wait for appointments. Stop buying hospitals and hire more physicians for your patients.

I like Dr Vu but at times don't feel her diagnosis is very clearly explained. Although I asked for a clear explanation & her response, I left the office feeling confused as to what I should do. Another issue is, I made my appointment on Oct 26,2023 & couldn't get in until Jan 12, 2023. Long wait for eye appointment.

The staff and doctor made me feel very relaxed. They were able to provide me information and were very efficient.

It was crowded and I got there 50 minutes early. They did 4 separate test before appoint time at 3:00 pm but didn't see the doctor tell 3:40 pm. I made appointment in September of 2023but couldn't get in tell January 2 2024.
