I have previously been unhappy with the lack of doctors you have at the Lakewood office (I still feel you should have 2 full time doctors) but I am very happy with Ms. King and relieved that if I feel ill, I don't have to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor. She is my absolute favorite!

Ms King listened to what I had to say. She explained everything very clearly to me. She answered all of my questions regarding my issue. I would make future appointments with her. I felt very confident with the care she provided me.

Great doctor, always is patient and listens to everything that I have to say to, listens to my concerns and makes sure to refer me to the proper doctors to resolve whatever is wrong with me at the time or find whatever issue. We hope she stays here a long time and I can continue seeing her for many years. Wonderful doctor.

Hi, I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the last, last question. I would definitely recommend choosing PIH for healthcare providers because of my experience with Dr. (name removed) and her protégé or her counterpart, I don't know how you call it, the nurse practitioner that I've seen for the last two to three times has been excellent. I won't see anybody unless it's Dr. (name removed) or her. So yeah, I just happened to, I was walking and I pushed the wrong button. So I would definitely, definitely recommend these two PHI any day.

I got there about half an hour before time and was seen. Great customer service. I was very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the office.

For question one or two, I can't remember which one, it asked me if I was pleased with Priyanka and I pressed two on accident. I meant to press four. She was wonderful. I continue to go to this office because I have great experience with her. I'm changing my insurance soon, but I still want to come to the office because Priyanka has given me the best care I have ever received in my life as far as a primary goes. She has done a wonderful job.

Can't remember the name of the female P.A. I saw but she was great as were all the staff.

On this visit my primary physician wasn't available so I saw the nurse practicioner instead. This was the second time within a year seeing Ms. King. She's very attentive, empathetic, thorough, and oh, quite funny!

My nurse was genuinely concerned for my well being and I never felt that way from any doctors visit. I felt comfortable to the point where I was venting to her everything going on in my life. We need more people like herself in this profession. Please take care of her as well. The downey location is just absolutely terrible from the front desk to the back staff. But I don't mind driving further out just to visit the Lakewood location over and over again from the huge night and day difference with the staff. The Lakewood location has rough parking though.

I was in the hospital and when I got out, they asked me to see my primary care doctor. She was not available, so I got to see the nurse practitioner. Thank goodness. I think it's important that a primary care doctor sees a patient after the hospital within a week. Lab results, medication, a lot of things were needed. So I'm glad I got to see the nurse practitioner, Priya King. Thank you.

Nurse Priya and staff were so amazing to my extremely anxious daughter with severe Autism. They spoke to her calmly yet worked as fast as they could so my daughter doesn't escalate. She hates going to the doctors office, this team got us in and out quick. Very thankful!

I love the providers there, however, I'm really sad that the office at Los Coyotes closed. It was great having everything available on site with providers and urgent care and blood work and everything. It was a fantastic site and things are not nearly so great anymore that traveling much further out of Long Beach is required.

Was trying to make an appointment with Dr (name removed) but it's always difficult to get one. Appointments are always weeks away. Lucky I was seen by Dr Priya King. I'm so glad there's another female doctor, she listened, took time to explain things and made sure my meds wouldn't interact. Made me feel very comfortable. I've had a terrible sinus infection, hopefully it gets better soon.

Yes, the provider that I saw was a nurse practitioner. It was my first time seeing her because (name removed) was not available. I was apprehensive at first. However, she was very attentive and she made me feel very comfortable. She spent enough time with me to get the gist of what I wanted, and I would definitely see her again if (name removed) wasn't available. I think she's new. I'm not sure anyway. I've never seen her, but people complain a lot. I just want to say something good. She was excellent.

I had a great experience with Priya King. I felt this was the best care that I've received in a long time. I would hesitate to recommend PIH, because my overall experiences with PIH has not be very favorable. However you guys did a good job in adding this nurse practitioner to your roster.

Doctors should be more available. It takes quite awhile to get an appointment.

Dr. King, the nurse, and the receptionist were all very nice and friendly.

Everyone in the office is very sweet and non judge-mental. I haven't done a check up in a few years and medical offices tend to give me anxiety, but this time it was a completely different experience. Priya and the medical assistant (forgot her name but her bday is (PHI removed) were very detailed with their explanations and made me feel comfortable immediately. They are both very knowledgeable and compassionate. I'm happy and satisfied that this is the medical office I was assigned to.

This was by far the best doctor's visit ever. I have never encountered a physician's office whose ENTIRE staff was so friendly. I was very satisfied that I virtually had no wait time and was attended to at my scheduled appointment time. I cannot commend this office enough.

I wanted to get a little bit more information on the conditions of the testing for thyroid and also with fatty liver concerns, but I guess, you know, those questions were not answered accurately to my understanding. So, in my next visit, I would like to get someone that might give me a little bit more feedback and more time on it. And I would consider it was, yeah, somewhat helpful. Thank you.

I just found out there was a cancelation for cataract surgery open for me so I needed my medical clearance quickly. When talking to (name removed) at appt desk my 2 primary drs were not available, so she suggested NP at same office. It worked out great, she knew what she was doing, very pleasant, & now I can get my surgery early Jan 2024.

I just want to say that I was treated great. This is my first time there and I love, love that office. Everybody was very nice, the staff, even the doctor. I am overwhelmed because they are helping me with my needs right now.

This office now has a Physician Assistant and staff that handles issues when a physician is not necessary. I don't recall PAs being available in past years. I very much like having access to PAs because most of my acute issues are minor. The PA can be scheduled for an appointment within a day, whereas there is a lead time of a month or more to see my physician. Having PAs makes PIH Health much more responsive to patients' needs.

Dr. Priya King, she made me feel real comfortable. I was very nervous after not having a doctor for a few years. I felt no judgment, no. I was comfortable speaking to her. She was attentive. She just made me feel real comfortable, which I already recommended her to my daughter and to a friend, my daughter will be seeing her in a few weeks. I will definitely be going back.
