One of my best experiences with a doctor in recent years. He listened carefully, drew a sketch to help me understand the internal issues he was explaining, & didn't rush me. He was courteous without being patronizing, respectful, and had a calming effect.

Very satisfied with Dr Galbreath. He's very professional and courteous. He listens to all my concerns an answers all my question. Provides great feedback and solutions to all my needs.

I had an excellent tube, except that the papers are written down to make an appointment at other offices and I have had problems communicating, for example at the (unreadable) for my bones, I have had difficulty communicating with them and in my experience with the mammogram it was much easier, it worked faster, they communicated with me and this one for the scan done. Dr Galbreath is a bright young man. He is a good listener, a good communicator and when he walks in the room I know he is mine as long as I need him. He explains well and knows his self. Time to get an initial appt was long, but service was great and timely. Love being able to do lab in the office.

The front office reception staff is not very friendly. However, Dr. Galbreath & his staff are the best.

My experience with Dr. Galbreath is always a great experience. I appreciate him being thorough in answering my questions and providing me information that is needed in regards to medication, always on time and friendly. The front office staff is not the friendliest. They definitely need to be coached on the friendliness and welcoming into the office. Back office staff is great. Dr. Galbreath is awesome. The front staff definitely needs some coaching.

I believe in this doctor but at times when I need an immediate appointment it is very hard to get in to see him and urgent care is not always the best option!

Great doctor

I'm new to the office, but I was able to get an appointment because of a capsulation. It is hard to get an appointment because it was taken out over several months. And I took the first available because I was not feeling well. The doctor did a very nice job. He listened to me. I'm very happy with it. It's a new office for me. So trust is an issue, but I believe he does have my best interest at heart. So I am happy to start with this relationship with this doctor because I was not happy with my old doctor. Oh, hi. Dr. Michael Galbreath is wonderful and apparently extremely popular too because I, it took me, I think I haven't seen him for 15 months. It's just super hard to get an appointment with him. And I explained that to him and he understands, but he is very, very popular. And I don't, I made the appointment and my next one with him is in November. So he's a major in July, August, September, October, whatever. Yeah. So, you know, I mean, it's, I like to see him at least every three months if at all possible, but that's all. I don't think it's up to him. I just think there's too many people and not enough doctors and especially if he's really good and everybody loves him. My two girlfriends have him. They just think he's just wonderful. And I think he's okay, but they just love, love, love him. Yeah. That sounds funny. Okay.

This was a follow-up appointment and I think he noticed I was frustrated about not getting any answers so he really took his time to understand what was going on and to make sure he took the best course of action.

Dr. Galbreath is a great doctor. His staff is really good too. What I struggle is getting appointments in a timely manner. It's almost impossible to get same day appointments when you're sick and then to get non-emergency, non-same day appointments, it can take up to three months. So availability at the doctor's office would be better.

I would like the phone to be answered after the third ring, and appointment to be as soon as possible one or three days, not months after your better, not urgent care. Due to they always send to your Dr. thank you for asking questions

I had an appointment for a yearly physical check up. Got there, doctor stated he wasn't my primary, stated he couldn't do a physical because he wasn't my primary doctor. He left the room I checked who was my primary doctor And it was him. He came back in the room so I told him that he was my primary doctor he stated that I would have to make another appointment for another time . I was waiting literally all Year to get my physical done and not just that I live 45min away I'm defiantly never coming back to this office!

Dr Galbreath is professional knowledgeable and listens he shows a lot of kindness and care and make sure he explains everything the office staff continue to be rude but I've been dealing with this for the last 12 years the only reason I have stayed is because of Dr Galbreath senior and now his son Michael Galbreath I would recommend Michael Galbreath but they would have to deal with the office staff

Dr Michael Galbreath is a very caring and supportive Dr, he truly cares about his patients. He goes the extra in all he does to care for his patients. It has become a serious problem with pIH booking an appointment. The wait to see a doctor is ridiculous and PIH needs to remedy this problem

Extremely difficult to get an appointment .... Dr recommended next time try e-mail and send picture attachment. He will do everything he can to get me in to see him. I'll try this the next time. Now, that's great service..... let's hope I don't need this, but, I now know how to try and see him sooner.

I was trying to make an appointment for the next day for my blood and x-ray and they made it on the 6th, which is making me wait and I still have stomach pain.

I was very impressed with Dr. Galbreath. It was my first meeting with him. He prescribed some therapy for me and about the time I got home, I was already getting a phone call from the therapist for setting up a schedule, a therapy schedule. He's very proactive. I'm really looking forward to spending, for him to be my PCP because the last couple PCPs retired on me. So it's nice to have somebody that you really feel is confident and you can respect them. The doctor absolutely listens to you. He interacts with you. He hears what your concerns are. He addressed all of my issues from the first time that I've seen him. I know that's my only doctor that I want to have, but he's absolutely great. The office staff and supervisors from other incidents in the past, not the greatest. That definitely can improve. But Dr. Galbreath, he's the best.

Getting appointments within a reasonable amount of time with any doctor or nurse practician at this office has become difficult.

Such a high demand for appts causes a 2-3 month wait. Improving that would be wonderful

On staff, phlebotomist was very handy, so I did not have to go make another appointment over at the health center. And also the staff was extremely pleasant to work with and appreciated the good humor and everybody because of the holidays and such.

It was like pulling teeth to get an appointment, I literally had to beg them to get me in this week. What good is a provider, if you will be dead by the time you see them. If I wasn't borderline obnoxious, I would not have been able to see the doctor. Why doesn't the doctor keep 2 openings a day open for people that call that day for an emergency. It is ridiculous that your gatekeeper doctor cannot see you for 2 months. Something needs to be done about scheduling. Also, it says on the recording that your doctor's appointment can be scheduled on-line, when I did this I got a text back to call the doctor's office, why is this function even on the recording, what a useless waste of time.
