Had a 2pm appointment for a glaucoma check then to see doctor. Had the glaucoma check on time but had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to see doctor. My entire visit was 3 hrs which is unacceptable.

The front desk acted like I had never been there before and I was there six months ago. They claimed not to have any of my current Medicare and health cards and needed my license to scan. I don't know what that was all about and poor Dr. Yang is so overbooked it's pathetic. So I love her dearly but she she needs help and everybody wants Dr. Yang I guess as well as I. I usually have a long wait time to see this provider, it is a very busy office. However, this time the wait was just a couple of minutes.

The problem I had with Dr. Yang was my appointment was at 3:15, and I didn't get there, I didn't get to see her until maybe quarter to four. So I think she's got a lot of people to see and that was the only problem. But so far I liked her very much.

The care I got from Dr. Yang is really good care and I really like her as a doctor. The reason for my low rating, the two low ones that I gave, is because I had to wait three months for an appointment to see her. I called weekly to try to get a cancellation appointment and there was never anything available. And I just think that three months is a bit on the ridiculous side. So, that's all. Thank you.

Yes, I would like a paper, a summary of my visit there with Dr. Yang. At the end of the visit, I go to the office. I get my next appointment, but not instructions on what to do, even though she did tell me, but I forget. The wait time for this office experience was too long, more than an hour .

A 2 hour wait from your scheduled appointment is way to long.I know she is busy but 2 hours.

The entire staff and Dr. Yang are tremendous. My only issue with this visit: I was told my wait after the preliminary check in would be about an hour since someone who had an earlier appointment arrived after I did (and I was 25 minutes early to my appointment time). I think that if someone is late to their appointment (from my understanding by an hour), I should not have been pushed back since I was on time. Priority should not be necessarily given based on appointment time but as to arrival time. Meaning because I was on time to my 2pm appointment I should not have to wait for someone who was an hour late to their 1pm appointment.

Dr. Yang is a wonderful, caring professional. My only negative is how long it takes to get an appt. and how long it takes in the office.

Yes, my appointment was supposed to be for 30 minutes, and I was there over three hours. And I was seen for about maybe five minutes. But I waited three hours when it was supposed to be a 30 minute. I waited three hours, and I was seen for five minutes. I totally did not like that. And she wasn't really professional. I mean, she didn't explain anything to me. She just did what she's got to do, stay quiet. And that was it. I was out. That's it. I'm not happy at all. Thank you. Bye.

Hello, Lisa is very friendly and she knows her eyes, she knows her profession, but I think she schedules too many people at one time because she told me that, and this is the second time I've been there, that she has, you know, you go there and you come out at, like, you go there at 3 o'clock and get out at 5 o'clock, I think she said that she had too many difficult cases, so possibly she could schedule a little bit more time between each patient so she can not feel rushed at the end of the day like she was with me. She was kind of like a little frustrated and had to say that she had difficult patients today. So, but anyway, that's just one of my thoughts. I know it's difficult in scheduling, but maybe that would be what I say might help.

The only problem I had with the appointment was the waiting time. You're warned ahead of time that you may be waiting an hour and a half at least because the doctor is behind. It's a permanent message on the screen, and it just shows that she's probably overloaded with patients because there are a lot of patients in the actual waiting room, and they're taken in, and preliminary tests are done, and then you're sent back to wait, and then sometimes it's an hour and a half before you see the doctor again. I realize she's very busy, but it's very bad when you make an appointment and you're there for like three hours for an appointment that takes maybe 45 minutes. But that was probably my only complaint.

It's a joy to go to Dr. Yang for my yearly and also in case I have a problem, I can come in and they will squeeze me in somehow. She is extremely small, Dr. Yang, and she explains every little thing she does and she compares the view from the computer from last year and with this year with my retina and whatever we are concerned about. I really appreciate that. She explains it so easily to me and listens to me. I just love her. I'm so glad I have her for my eye doctor. The same with the staff, the technical staff. They are polite and kind and friendly and they know what they are supposed to do. Thank you.

Love the doctor - Very detailed, organized, and thorough. The technicians are great - detailed and careful on the tests. It takes too long from check-in until one sees the doctor. It is a half hour appointment (maybe 40 min if there are tests), it should not take more than 2 hrs of my time to be in the building. My time is as important as their time.

I knew I need to wait for seeing her after I got an appointment. But waiting for seeing her is 2 hours ? As a patient I am frustrated because I have a back problem and I suffer pain. In the meantime I tried to take a walk to ease my pain. Is it possible to see doctor in a reasonable time? Help solve this issue, please. I really appreciate it. The people in the office are very respectable and very kind and very patient. And I love Dr. Yang. She's wonderful.

Excellent service.

The appointment was for 11 o'clock and I wasn't taken down, consultation until 1230. And no, they didn't explain to me nothing. And all they said was they wanted $195 for consultation and all they did was just an x-ray with a machine that goes around and I don't think it was right. So I used my debit card and no, I wasn't satisfied for what they did. They spent too much time on, I had too much time in the lobby. The appointment was, like I said, the appointment was at 11 and they didn't call me in until 1230.

When I arrived at the office, I was emotional regarding my eye site. After speaking with Lisa Yang MD, When we completed my test and found somethings to be concerned about. After she went one by one with each concern I was hopefully and glad it can all be address under her care at PIH. The doctor was running hours behind schedule. I was expected to wait hours until she could see me. An appointment was made and I can accept a reasonable time to wait certainly not hours. It's not my problem that she is SO through that she then runs behind.

You need to improve your office staff and your appointments. I had an appointment a certain time, but I didn't go in until an hour and 15 minutes later, and I do not appreciate that. If I have an appointment, I would like to go in and see my provider on time.

I was able to see the doctor on time on this appointment being that I was the first patient of the day when I have had later appointments I have waited up to 50 minutes

Dr Yang explains every part of exam & then follows up with it in writing on my patient portal, which is great because she covers a lot during exam. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and seems to enjoy her work. I am very happy that she is my Dr.

It was a long wait, 2 hours waiting. My appointment was at 9.30 and I saw her at 11, almost 12... So it was too long, two hours waiting.
