My only concern is that it is far away from me 'cause I live in the valley in Northridge, and it's quite a drive out there. Dr. Nguyen is the best podiatrist I've ever seen in my 56 years and I've seen probably 14 doctors. I would drive across the country to see him if I had to. He's that good.

This provider is by far the best podiatrist. I've been to many because I have a botched job from years ago and actually I've already had a prior surgery with this doctor and he is the best. If I had had him years ago, I would not be where I'm at today because he is so thorough and he's on top of his game and he's really the best, the best podiatrist around, the best doctor, period. Takes too long to get appointment

Staff & Dr. Nguyen are very professional & kind

Trying to make an appointment to this provider took months before I could get in. So the timely manner to see a provider, this particular provider anyway, and with my experience with the other providers, it takes an extremely long time to get in to see a doctor, a lot of times it's months. Also, the phone calls, trying to get through and get somebody to help you on the phone took me a long time. I was on hold for over 40 minutes, so that needs to be improved too. Thank you very much.

This was a follow up visit from a surgery I had last Sept. Dr. N, as always was very attentive, he listened to my concerns and gave me options for future treatment and maintenance. I always leave very happy. I must also give round of applause to Julia at the front desk. She checked me in and I must say, she is a shining star! She was so pleasant and sweet! She really embodies conviviality and great customer service. She made my afternoon!

Been seeing him for years

I was already a patient and I had an issue with my other foot and they made me get a new referral, which took weeks. And when I got into the office, the lady at the front desk said I shouldn't have needed another referral. So that was irritating because I wasted several weeks of care. The only other thing is there's a lot of information that Dr. Nguyen gives you and it's very hard to keep it all straight. So it would be nice if there was more in writing, instructions and such, that would be helpful. Okay, thank you.

Dr. Kenneth Nguyen is one of the best in the medical field. He treats his patients with respect and dignity. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional but warm and personable. I have trouble putting on and taking off my socks and shoes they do not assist in that manner also I was going to schedule an appointment for 6 months follow up and so I can get my orthotic and shoes but they say their calendar doesn't go that far in the head so I had to make myself a note for me to call them so I can schedule an appointment at a later date

Dr. Ken Nguyen is a great doctor surgeon. Really appreciate the way he responded to my complaints of my foot.

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes. The appointment lasted a little over 5 minutes.

It took 2 months to get an appointment. Same with all my other doctor appointments with PIH. Why?

He was very thorough and provided instructions and description on what was going on.

The doctor was not professional at all. He did not answer my questions. He hurt my foot and he did not apologize for having hurt me when he put the anesthesia on my foot. My foot bled and my toe is purple and still hurts, and he is not sorry at all for what he did. He had an attitude as if he didn't know what he was doing, and now my foot status is concerning to me because I'm diabetic. I'd like to see another specialist and would appreciate for them to refer me to another one please and would like a second opinion regarding the care of my feet. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and friendly..Dr Ken was very pleasant listened to my questions explained everything to me..the Xray Tech was very friendly..thanks for having such a great staff.

Dr. Nguyen has excellent bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and confident but not arrogant, explains, listens, and is easy to talk to. I appreciate him and the staff at the La Mirada clinic. Overall, nice staff and great doctor!

It is somewhat difficult to get appointments

the only problem i had was finding his office. map quest wasn't clear and we turned in the wrong driveway. when i called his office the lady wasn't sure how to tell me to find it. if they would put a sign by the drive way or at least tell people it is the second drive way past La Mirada Blvd, it would be very helpful. it would also help to say that the sign on the window says Health services and Podiatrist

I was quite surprised to see the bill that I had to pay because his office was in the hospital. I didn't know you were charging fees for parking. I was shocked.

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. He's amazing. I love him as a medical professional, provider. He's great. He's so caring, understanding, very knowledgeable in his field. And I would definitely, definitely recommend him to anyone.

My appointment was at 3:30, they called me in at 3:35, and I didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes later. That was too long for a 10 minute visit.

My only complaint was it took over 2 months to get my appointment. After seeing Dr. Nguyen I was able to schedule an appointment for a procedure within 3 weeks, which surprised me!

Doctors should be more aware of their elderly patients & if they get anxiety sitting in the same place for too long. My mom experienced anxiety waiting to be called into the exam room & waiting to be seen by the doctor. She wanted to leave.

Ken is the best podiatrist I e ever seen!

None came to me and gave me the courtesy that they were behind with clients. I waited almost a hour before seeing a doctor. It was terrible.

I have had many, many podiatrists. I'm 66 years old and Kenneth Nguyen is the best podiatrist I've ever had. He's saved my foot twice. I had to wait for over an hour past my appointment time to see the Dr. He said they had some emergencies, which caused him to get behind. I also don't like the fact that I had to pay $5 for parking.

Unfortunately, we're unable to schedule the next appointment as we were waiting for approval.

Dr Nguyen is always very professional, respectful, and caring!! With him when I indicated that I have a concern about my ankle after I had taken a fall he quickly had me take an X-ray. I was referred to a Physical Therapist. On this visit Dr Nguyen was quick to ask how I was now feeling? This is how caring Dr Nguyen is always!!! PIH needs to know that even when the office is very busy he never rushes his patients, but instead he is always there to listen well and provide excellent care!!!!????

Great experience and I will remain with my new foot doctor for the remainder of the prescribed treatment.

I liked the doctors, but I did not like the office because the rooms were very old and the chairs were very old and you can cut yourself on the end of the chairs where you put your feet up and it was rusted on the bottom of the chair and the floors were all old. The office equipment was old and so were the rooms.

I waited 1 hour to be seen before I brought it to the receptionist's attention. Don't know what was the mix up.

I had to wait 45 minutes before I was called in infact patients that came after me where called in first there is no order 3 patients that came after me with later time appts were called in first, I don't get it I wish they were more organized!!!

It takes a long time to get an appointment with him. Also I was not seen for 40 mins. As well as I was given a prescription that was was not sent to my pharmacy

It took 4 months to get a return visit. I was told of unusual circumstances but in that time my foot has gotten so much worse. After I schedule my MRI i so worried it will take another 4 months to get an appointment. But I loved Dr Nguyen.
