The wait time to see Dr. Willner was unacceptable. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, and I was seen one hour later. I was the last patient out.

Your question about would I recommend Dr. Willner, I just want to say I already have, I told my daughter and my sister who also use PIH doctors. I actually felt cared about. She personally called Dr. (name removed) for me to acquire an appointment ASAP. Why can't all doctors show some compassion? As always, Dr. Willner has a great bedside manner. She listens to what you have to say and reacts positively to what you have to say. It took me awhile to get my appointment as my ultrasound was done about a month ago. I actually forgot why I had the appointment, guess she is super busy which is fine by me! She is a great doctor!!!

I felt like with the procedure it was really good, but to like ... she didn't really answer my questions I had afterwards or she left kind of like right away before I can be like, am I expecting a period? What about I thought you said something about my swollen uterus and it was do I have follow-up? And I just felt like it wasn't really clear. Didn't get cleared after, she was in and out right away.

I pushed the wrong button on the first three questions. The girls were very nice. The help in the back was great and the help in the front was great. So I just wanted to clarify that. It's not a one, it's a four for each one. Okay, thank you. Bye.

Had to wait 1 month to get appt

To me, the doctor is an excellent, very professional, very pretty, very kind and I give you a 100% recommendation, an excellent doctor.

I've been with Dr. for many years and she's a great OBGYN.

They were very sufficient and the doctor was really kind in telling me about well, I needed to get another appointment and that's what I forgot to ask them. But I guess maybe they're going to call me and get me an appointment for the next time. And they said I needed a referral or something like that, so I'm waiting for that. This provider helped me feel very comfortable. I am normally nervous in medical settings and I felt very at ease. The provider also was very informative and I really, really appreciated that. I also felt taken care of, listened to, and I just felt an overall professional and comforting experience. I hope it doesn't change.

I was a little tense about this appt, the doctor made me feel at ease as I explained the problem

My experience in the waiting room was not pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were gossiping about a patient and even swore when they realized they made a mistake with a patient on the phone. The ladies continued to talk about women with blonde hair and how they could never do that to their hair. My appointment with the doctor was fine but the front desk experience was very uncomfortable.

The doctor was amazing. She listened. She was friendly. She had a great bedside manner. But unfortunately, when I booked my appointment, the people booking my appointment in the front office didn't listen to what I was actually booking the appointment for and only booked me for one of the three things that I was booking for. So I have to come back for another appointment to do the other things that could have been done in the same appointment.

What I would recommend to improve would be the medical front office staff upon calling for an appointment and explaining that I miscarried. There was very little empathy and I was basically told that there was not a whole lot I could do. I wasn't even asked if the information could be relayed to my doctor. Dr. Willner was great. They were able to squeeze me in eventually, but the initial interaction with the frontline medical staff upon calling to the office wasn't very sweet considering the circumstances. I think it could have been handled in a way more professional and delicate manner.

Back office nurses, aides etc were friendly and competent. Dr Willner is great. Empathetic, knowledgeable and smart, proactive. I'd recommend.

Staff in the office were very kind and pleasant. There was a bit of a wait to be seen by Dr willner but she is worth the wait. She is so pleasant and takes the time to check in. With her pts and explain everything. Every time I come to this office I feel taken care of.

Provider and staff very nice and friendly

My first experience with Dr. Willner was such a positive one, she is incredibly personable and professional. I felt comfortable and like I had a true partner in managing my healthcare. Looking forward to many more years of care with her.

If a patient ask to leave a message for a doctor they should be able to. Back office staff is amazing. But I feel like schedulers need to listen to the patients concerns, and not just say , oh you need to go to the emergency room ! I myself, bring a office manager understand how patients can be difficult . But , if a patient ask to leave a message or get in that should be taken into consideration. Or perhaps tell the patient I can put you on a cancellation waitlist . My case wasn't a ER situation, but one that I felt needed to addressed by the physician.

I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment checked it at front desk and had to sit for 30 min before I was called in but the worse part was I had to sit at the waiting area and listen to the five girls that were in the reception area. Talk loudly about their personal experiences and problems, and just So unprofessional! Then the cleaning lady after she got off her personal cellphone walked to the front desk and engaged in the conversation, putting in her two cents about her personal problems, and it was just extremely uncomfortable to hear. I felt bad for the older couple that were sitting behind me. The look in their face as if they just wanted to get up and leave. then when I was finally called in, I literally waited for my doctor to come in my room for 32 minutes. I had to get up and open the door and see what was going on. It's just very inconsiderate of how long I was waiting! Actually very disrespectful of how much time they have you there, I'm very disappointed at all the waiting

I had an appointment Oct 30. 2023 that I was scheduled to have my annual exam and some guidance as to which surgery to have first and it was cancelled after waiting a month in a half to see Dr. Willner, and because of the cancellation I had to wait another month which puts me into the holiday and new year for any surgery to be scheduled. I'm not sure why some doctors are only scheduled two days per week, very difficult for patients to wait so long! Other than that I'm happy with her knowledge and direction as a doctor.

Dr Willner is always a breath of fresh air with a wonderful sense of humor. She is thorough and I trust her completely.

Yes, some questions were answered but I had a list of notes. Not all were for the doctor some were for myself. Doctor made comment during visit, "Asking to many questions can be overwhelming?" Do you know whats overwhelming? Whats overwhelming is the patients that have to go through these challenges and struggles. I also work with clients and I understand that I need to be patience and do your best to help them. Questions were answered but there was no real questions from the doctor showing true care or concern. She even rushed out at the end as I was an inconvenience to her time.
