Dr. Sanchez was extremely warm, friendly & very caring. I liked him a lot.

What I really enjoyed about going is how heard I've felt. I have definitely been seen by other providers and I usually get dismissed or my concerns are not taken seriously enough like how I feel they should be. But this was the first time that a provider was really listening and really giving me good feedback and was making sure that I asked whatever questions I had to before getting up to leave the room or to move on to the next thing. So I just really appreciate that very much.

My experience was very good, I didn't feel nervous. They treated me well, they explained things well, they were very kind. That's all I can say, everything was excellent.

The resident doctor (name removed) Just read old PCOS diagnosis from records and took a few notes on my current symptoms, left to " consult " with doctor Sanchez Dr. Sanchez asked " what do you want me to do for you.....if the doctor's at UCLA (fertility clinic) couldn't help you what do you want me to do? Just handed me a flyer to another fertility clinic. They did not bother to further investigate root cause of my health issues or try to see if I had other underlying issues that is impeded my health. Very disappointed ? We come to our doctors for help and guidance to optimize our health not just be told " I can't do anything for you". PIH family doctors, gynecology, endocrinologist......no solutions just pill pushing :( you can't just take pills to put a band aid to cover up and numb symptoms. Find and heal the cause of disease. What doctors can help?

Dr. Sanchez is an excellent provider. He is very kind and patient. I am a director of tumor resources at a hospital and I work with physicians and I would love to have physicians like Dr. Sanchez in my hospital where I currently work. He's awesome, he's compassionate, he explains, he listens and I look forward to him being my provider for as long as possible.

My original appointment was done online. Unbeknownst to me, it didn't go through. The office staff were very helpful in getting me a new appointment at a later date.

My experience with Dr. Sanchez is that he is truly a wonderful, empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. I've had surgery with him and very, very successful. And that's all I can say is that, you know, it's just wonderful having him for a doctor.

The experience with the doctor and the assistants was magnificent and I would recommend him to anyone else. He is a family friend.

I was really nervous about my procedure and Dr. Sanchez sensed this and with his humor put me at ease and I was able to feel more relaxed and my anxiety lessens.

The main factor prompting my return visit is Dr. Sanchez's exceptional care. Unfortunately, I found the rest of the staff lacking in courtesy and empathy toward patients. Even during my appointment scheduling call, one receptionist was notably unkind, although the other lady was kinder. The nurse who escorted me in seemed rather serious and didn't introduce herself. In the exam room, she expressed frustration when the paperwork I brought wasn't what they required. Despite these issues, I must commend the provider and the resident accompanying them for their excellent service.

Difficult to get appoint. For non pregnancy issues

Dr Sanchez is THE BEST. But the people who work there are not well informed and not very friendly. The office is always dirty . Restroom are disgusting with full trash and empty towel paper. It is hard to make appointment and people who make appointments are not well informed and do a lot mistakes. I wouldn't go to that office if DR Sanchez were not there. I wish he could move to another office.

The staff at this clinic are very attentive, respectful, and the doctor is very attentive. He's respectful, listens patiently, dedicates time to you, and he even speaks the Spanish language. I liked that. Thank you.

John Sanchez is an excellent doctor. Both my husband and I were grateful for the time he spend with us explaining things, and for his care and concern. This was my first visit with him and I'd like to maintain him as my OB/GYN doctor. These type of appointments are always awkward for me, but he put me at ease with his friendly manner and willingness to explain.

Nurse didn't know that I didn't need Pap smear this year until Dr said I didn't. I was bottom-half naked with male resident and male Dr in the room. Just lil awkward
