Dr John Herald was very caring and listened carefully to what I had to discuss about my Father's health and care a patient's family will always appreciate that.

The doctor was extremely kind as was all of his staff. It was very easy to check in the day before and I was seen right away. I really appreciated their courtesy and kindness.

It was very difficult because they didn't listen to me. I was asking just to be seen and I'm having a surgery, but my appointment had nothing to do with my surgery and no one would listen to that.

This Provider were very courteous and friendly. Answers all my questions. It was my pleasure to be seen by this Provider and Staff. Thank You.

I was treated well and feel confident about the care and council I received but being forced to pay $5 for parking is absolutely absurd.

Doctor Herald was very nice and now that l am not a new patient it will nor take as long to get an appt with him. As with many other pih doctors it takes weeks to get in to see them

The office staff was wonderful. The lady that checked me in was wonderful. The doctor just was too short. I asked him a question if the thyroid could be contributing to what I was feeling, and he said how would he know? He's not a thyroid doctor. I just felt a little rude, a little short. I definitely would not want to go back to him.

I felt very comfortable with my visit, staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Herald was thorough in his assessment and clear in his explanation of my symptoms. I look forward to hearing the results of my ultrasound.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen. I was in the waiting room less than 10 minutes. The nurse who took me to the treatment room was quick and efficient. The doctor came in just a couple minutes after she finished. I got the result of the EKG from the doctor and was able to schedule a follow-up stress test within 2 weeks.

My experience was informative and thorough. My provider and his staff were very professional and empathetic. Customer service was on par and I left knowing what to expect regarding my next visit and health status. Highly recommend this provider.
