It should not take two months to see a specialist. Once there, the staff and doctor were excellent. living with a neurological condition for two months without knowing why it is occurring/degrading or how to improve your condition is poor service.

I had the hardest time making an appointment. I had finally got an appointment in July. Then they called me and canceled that appointment. Then they told me to come in in November. And it was just a big hassle and I had to wait and wait and wait to get an appointment. Finally I had to go on the cancellation list and it just so happened that the day they called I was happy to be free and I went in for my appointment. They need a better system. Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I felt like I didn't have a chance to speak or ask questions fully. I felt rushed and dismissed. I expected so much more from the provider. The office staff was very nice however.

The provider was very knowledgeable, very good at doing the injections, listened and wanted to make sure he did as well as possible for the first visit.

Hello, this feedback is on behalf of my father, (PHI removed). I'm his daughter, (name removed). I attended the appointment with him, with Dr. Jeffrey Mora. Dr. Jeffrey Mora was absolutely very smart, and he took his time with our questions, and I appreciate that. He did make it very clear that he was disappointed that we were 10 minutes late, which we were not. Our appointment was at 1030. We arrived at the check-in at 1030, and they had her receive my dad's cards, making us about 10 minutes late by the time we got into the office of Jeffrey Mora. Before he walked out, he said to make an appointment for the next part of the evaluation for the further questions that we had. When we stepped out of his office, one of the nurses who first attended us said that there is no appointment, that we only scheduled the appointment.

I would love to thank the staff and the doctor for taking the time to see my 96-year-old mother and here are concerns. I would also like to thank them for accommodating us. We greatly appreciate it thank you thank you thank you

Dr. Mora greeted me with enthusiasm and was so glad I had improved so much since he last saw me in the treatment room. I was at a disadvantage since I was unaware who it was I was being treated by. It was very nice to have the doctor happy I had improved so much.

You need more neurologists on staff. My original call for an appointment was January and they didn't have anything until June. And I had to call my medical provider for assistance and they were able to get me a sooner appointment. So, more staff.

I just felt very comfortable with him. He was very kind. He tested, he asked questions, answered my questions. He was just really a great doctor. I was really pleased with him. Thank you for that. Okay, that's it.

Dr. Mora is always aware of any new medical issues I have had since previous visits with him. He is the only Dr. l see that takes the time to review this before seeing me. He has always gone above and beyond to try and help me with my neuropathy problems. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mora is an exceptional doctor. Apart from being bilingual, he writes Spanish perfectly. My father is deaf and Dr. Mora is the only doctor who takes the time to write. Through this means, he's able to communicate directly with the patient. Dr. Mora is highly appreciated by the community. He's patient, kind and professional.

I absolutely love the physicians, neurology physicians at the office, but being able to obtain an appointment is very difficult. Please improve the availability of appointments at the neurology office. Thank you.
