Dr Kong is the best doctor for our family. She is a great caring individual. She guided me through my CKD by referring me to the necessary Specialists and thus prolonging my quality of life dealing with this condition. She's a GREAT Asset to your organization. We thank her and God for her presence in our lives.

I have seen Dr Jane Kong for years now she is pleasant, caring & kind, takes the time to listen to my issues & resolves them. Dr Kong is the best I would rate her 100%. I am 73yrs & it's thru Dr Kong my health is excellent not on any meds. Thank you so much Dr Jane Kong.

Doctor gave a advair which insurance was not covering until mail order , we requested for change of medication. Doctor did not respond to that request. I suffered whole night again . Also another medication had to be changed.

PIH never gives appointment to patients when needed. They always ask patients to go to urgent care even when the patient wants to see the primary care physician for follow up after specific illness. Would appreciate if PIH can help and care for their patients more in a timely manner.

Doctor was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Kong took the time to hear my concerns and was very gentle during my gynecological examination. I told my sister that she should choose my doctor as her own primary care physician, that's how much I recommend Dr. Kong!

So my only complaint is here it is, 7 o'clock at night on a Saturday, and I'm receiving to do a survey, not knowing why I was being called from the healthcare. I think that should be done during regular business hours. Thank you.

Dr. Kong is incredible. Her calming demeanor created a safe space of trust to share my conditions. Edgar the medical assistant was also very knowledgeable as well. Everyone at the office from the front desk were approachable and personable.

Hi, this is (PHI removed). I can say everyone was very nice, very professional. The doctor was a little bit late, but things happen sometimes. You can't control them. So anyway, she came, I was in the bathroom. When I came back, she was in there, but it was a little bit off. But overall, everything was good. Everyone was nice and very professional. And I like her. I like the doctor. She's young, smart, and professional.

There's no waiting time. Everyone is nice.

She was very good, very interested in what I had to say. She answered all my questions. She approved what I wanted to have done. And yeah, she was really good, including that I'm going to be following up with her.

I waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor for a physical. This is not a first time that I had to wait this long during my appointment. What is the point of appointment if the doctor can't see you within 30Mins maximum??? I made this appointment in Jan for May. While I was waiting in the waiting room, there was a patient that was able to make an appointment for a physical for the same week!!!

Extremely courteous . I am very happy with Dr. Jane Kong. Hope she is accepting new patients. She is very knowledgeable specially with diabetic care . In fact I am one lucky patient .

Dr. Kong always show her care and concerns that's why I greatly appreciate her. She gives personal attention to all my questions and concerns. Even her staff are so easy to talk too including (two names removed). Thank you all for your great service.

Appts are hard to make for Dr Kong. I waited 40 mins for her to come in to briefly talk to me and she was out in 8 mins. All my issues weren't addressed and she came in without even recognizing I had to wait 40 mins past her appt time. I respect her time which is why I arrived early and she should respect patients time as well. A simple thank you for waiting would have suffice. She partially listened to my issues. Did a couple of eye contacts and that was it. Told to make another appt but MA didn't help with that. Walked out and the front desk was closed. The office building is old and equipment looks worn down. I was in a room that had no sink. So unsanitary Please do better. I'm aware these doctors schedules are packed to the brim and prob not their fault but this is not acceptable. Very disappointed since I read so many good things about Dr Kong

My doctor fixed my hijab it was helpful.

It was a WONDERFUL experience. I am a very anxious person in medical settings and EVERYONE was very welcoming. The nurse who took my vitals made me feel so at ease and Dr. Kong was amazingly comforting as well. She was very calm and professional. I feel very, very confident in their care. I look forward to returning annually. I hope the quality of care stays the same!!

I love my doctor and the crew

Yes, the office was nice. The nurse or practitioner or medical assistant was very nice. I just thought the doctor was a little, she didn't have much of a personality. I didn't feel like, she was not too friendly and she could have been a little bit more personable. She could have smiled more. She was not giving me too much eye contact and I didn't feel real comfortable with her, although I know she's very knowledgeable. But didn't have that appeal that I was looking for, more personable. She was real, on the very cold side. It would be nice to have a doctor who's a little warm and more human-like. Thank you. White Press.

Dr. Kong recently became our family doctor. We are a family of four and had been looking for a doctor to take care of us. Granted we have PPO Insurance and we can choose any doctor we would like but we have unanimously chosen Dr. Kong. She listens she cares and educates us I LOVE THAT!! (Name removed) her nurse goes above and beyond with such a calm and positive deneanor! I truly hope to have Dr.Kong for a long time. She is great shows genuine concern and in these times you can't find doctors like her!

Dr. Kong is very patient, understanding and informative. As it was my first appointment with her I brought my past medical records. While I was expecting her to give them a quick glance I was surprised that she actually reviewed them. The appointment lasted more than 30 minutes which is almost unheard of these days. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised.

Dr. Kong sat with me paper and pencil aside and LISTENED! She explained things to me in a way that I understood. I had concerns that she addressed and put me at ease. Ordered all the possible testing to rule out anything and everything that is making me feel ill. Great doctor! You dont find a gem of a doctor like this anymore!

Dr. Kong is one of the best doctors, she is attentive and through every office visit I have seen her. The office runs on time and very little wait. I feel that she does a great job keeping me up to date with all of my yearly check ups and explaining to me my best options when needed. I also like the portal that we can use to communicate with her if needed, she always responds in a timely manner.

The reason why I saw Dr. Kong is because Dr. (name removed) would not listen and did not do what I asked him to do and was really just dismissive. I would not see Dr. (name removed) t that center again and I'm kind of surprised I didn't get a rating like this for him. Dr. Kong is fine. Dr. (name removed) needs to go.

Dr. Kong was very attentive. She went through my lab work with me in detail and let me know what I should be doing and not doing! Very Professional but very down to earth. Made me feel comfortable!

Hi, I see Dr. Kong and Dr. (name removed) and they're both awesome doctors. I'm a 65 year old man who just had a 6 by 6 times bypass ... heart bypass and ... and if it wasn't for Dr. Ho I probably wouldn't be here today. He just he knew ... I was taken to emergency with heart failure and ... and I needed a referral ... it's a long story, but I needed a referral and I called Dr. Ho and he didn't waste any time. He know the urgency, he ... he got me what ... what I needed. And then I was able to go to a thoracic surgeon who's like one of the top the thoracic surgeons in the nation. People come from all over the world to see him and he's in PIH

Doctor Kong is a great example of doctors that I have met in my life, she is a great person, a beautiful human being, you have made me very happy in your service for a few years, very grateful for the way she takes care of me and my health.

The pre check in questionnaire is exactly the same questions when the nurse take me in the room. It's a waste of time. What is the point of doing the pre check in?
