I made an appointment to see an Audiologist or Med Dr. I drove 250 miles each way and was seen by a student. She was very professional and helpful in programming my cochlear processor but I had some questions that I didn't expect her to know the answers.

I was happy with the service i got.

Dr. (name removed) is fantastic so privileged to be under his care.

He was very kind, nice and generous with my concerns.

My experience will be determined more by follow up later.

It's very difficult to make an appt, long waiting on the phone, front desk staff need to be brushed up with customer service, Staff( (I don't want to mention the name ) very slow & incompetent to get authorization for any procedure timely . He delays our Doctor office visits b/c of his irresponsible duty.

Dr. Cooley was fantastic! I arrived with an extremely worrisome Cochlear issue. (My device no longer worked.) He quickly zeroed-in on root cause and went above/beyond to resolve. I am so grateful.

I feel this is the best place to have your hearing checked & cared for! The overall quality of my care is excellent! Just wish one thing did not have to trace over 100 mile round trip. 2 plus hours each way! I want my children cared for by house ear institute, but their primary doctor, doesn't share my thoughts & concern! Wish there was a way around the referral process.
