Dr. Chou referred me to physical therapy. When I called PT to make an appointment, the answering system informed me that there would be a 36 minute wait to speak to a scheduler. This is unacceptable! No-one should have to wait that long to speak to someone.

Great Doctor

We were very happy to see Dr. Chou. Our Daughter had told us to go see him for years. She had ankle surgery with him. Wish we had listen to her and gone to see him earlier and not waited so long. Looking forward to get my ankle finally fixed by him.

Very quick visit.....explained how two different doctors told me 2 different things that I have going on in my arms, elbows, wrists, finger tips, and a numb right thumb. One Dr. said Carpal Tunnel due to the tingling in my finger tips and hands falling asleep when I sleep at night and I am awoken by the pain. The second Dr. said Tennis Elbow due to feeling as if my elbows are on fire and now my right thumb is numb. He just looked at my hands, asked me to grab a jar, told me to stop wearing the wrist splints, and said he would order a carpal tunnel test ASAP. Unfortunately, I do have a scheduled appt. from the referral Dr. (name removed) me, but that appt.is not until September; Therefor, this Dr. can't schedule one for me and sooner.

The offfice visit was great. Hardly any wait time and everything went well. It was a relief to know that the condition is not life threatening and can be helped with exercise and stretching.

Not much really, everything I needed was done. Now it's wait and see if my injection on my hip will help with my pain.

I think it's ridiculous that you have to pay for parking. The first 30 minutes are free but the lines to exit are so long that you end up having to pay. I will make sure to avoid using this office. I love the provider but I've already wasted $10 just on parking and I still have more visits.

He was friendly and caring he was attentive to me right away he knew what to do to alleviate my left knee pain and gave me some choices. He suggested a cortisone injection which is what I was going to ask him for but could not remember. I go back in two weeks for an MRI because it may also be a medical tear. I was very very happy with his treatment and is an asset to PIH. If I need surgery on my knee I would like Dr. Chou to perform it.

I was greeted immediately when I arrived. The whole staff was professional + efficient. There was very little waiting time. Most importantly, my foot problems were attended to & I left with no medical issues at all. I'm happy! Good job!

I appreciated Dr. Chou's assessment and candor in regards to my diagnosis and what steps to take. I was hoping after 2 months of pain to have it relieved, but we chose the first option of PT. It'll be 2 more weeks before my appt, so I went online to fine some simple exercises to relieve some of the shoulder pain.

I'm really grateful to Dr. Chou that he got me into physical therapy within three days of seeing him because I need to have surgery and I wanted to have the physical therapy option first. So I'm very, very appreciative. Thank you so much for the quick, courteous service. Goodbye.

I appreciated that Dr Chou didn't rush me but was very patient in listening and explained in a way that I could understand, and even shared from personal experience what he went through himself so it made me feel hopeful. I was surprised when he didn't use gloves to examine my feet; somehow that made him seem more caring compared to medical staff who greet patients wearing mask and gloves (although I'd understand if he had to use them). I just forgot to ask if there was anything that I could do to slow the arthritis and hallux rigidus.

He listens and he's kind.

The doctor was very nice and answered all of our questions. The nurse assistant that assisted us was very dismissive and rude. Seemed like she did not want to be there or was ready to go home and was annoyed that we were there. Very unprofessional. Kept cutting me off when I was speaking. The doctor was really great, the young lady on the other hand was very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but no excuse for the tone and attitude she was projecting.

Dr. Chou, all his staff, and the front office staff always treat me so perfect. I trust Dr. Chou, he takes care of very well. It was a great visit.

Everything was great at the office except the girl that took me back to the room (INAUDIBLE) appointment with my husband and she came in yelling that (INAUDIBLE) over for me, and I should have told her that I was in the room with my husband and I said, "Well, the receptionist knew where I was." They knew that I asked to be in my husband's appointment as well. But she was really rude. Other than that, everything was great.

Sometimes when you call the automated number it's a gamble they answer in a timely manner. I have been on hold at times over 40 min. I've used the call back feature never recieved a call. Yesterday, I got through quick, and the person was very helpful. Not a negative comment.
