First time using Dr. Greaves and he was very professional and explained everything going on with my case.

There was no solution for her eyes that are dilated all the time and we're getting a second opinion, which is going to cost us money. And we don't have any faith in the system. They checked the eye, they said this is what you have, but there was no further dialogue of what you can do to drive at nighttime. Very disappointed.

Office waiting area was full, had to wait a while to see nurse. This seems to be the norm at EVERY PIH office now. May be thinking it's time to change medical benefits, seems harder to see primary doctor and months to schedule specialist. Your going down hill PIH, this has nothing to do with my doctors, more administrative management problem.

Everyone in the office was lovely. I arrived early thinking my appointment was at 1. It was 1.30. They took me early. Leo was awesome and Dr. (name removed) was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this office.

Dr. Greaves is an excellent physician he is over and above in knowledge and a very wise man .

The provider was great I really appreciated his soft spoken manner. He made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr Greaves is wonderful! He is calm, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He has mastered his technique injecting the eye which is far less painful than the prior specialist I was seeing. Dr Greaves almost instantly earned my trust and I feel quite fortunate to have him provide my eye care.

I had my appoint with Dr Greaves for my regular followup. Check in was quick and easy. Testing was done on both eyes and the dilation. Dr Greaves viewed all my tests and thoroughly and told me my vision had not changed and to see him again in 1 year for another follow up. Dr Greaves was wonderful as always.

Yes, Dr. (name removed) was very nice. He was very patient with me. He had a lot of patience with me because I get nervous when any doctor touches my eyes or whatever. And he had a lot of patience with me. He was very caring. He gave me all the explanations and he will be performing my procedure. And I do trust him. I do have trust in him and I do recommend him. I would recommend him to friends and family as well. Thank you.

The problem I had was that it was hard to get an appointment sooner than probably within a three-month period or so. So, other than that, everything was okay. Thank you.

Yeah, hi. Dr. (initial removed) been my eye doctor over there at the eye care center here for PIH for at least five years and it's difficult for me to transfer over to somebody after dealing with him. He's spectacular. Dr. Greaves tries, but doesn't seem to have the confidence level that Dr. (initial removed) does. And folks at the front desk are pretty much running interference when I want to see Dr. (initial removed) for my eye care needs. So those are problematic to me. Dr. (initial removed) wonderful. Dr. Greaves is good, but not as confident, not as confident as Dr. (initial removed). At any rate, that's kind of where we're at on this. So you got to know that when you transition, who you transition to, and how you handle the request of the, you know, the patient like myself. Thank you.

In July, the day of my appointment, I was told to make an appointment in six months. The calendar year for 2025, which is six months away is not available for appointments. Seems like they should be able to make appointments.

Other than not getting an appointment sooner experience was very good Even asking for first available the appointment was still pushed out.

Arrived 15 minutes early and was called in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, excellent! Everyone was very kind, considerate and professional. (name removed) did initial testing after which I met with Dr Greaves. The Dr was very through and patiently answered all my questions. I didn't feel anyone was working under time constraints nor did I feel I was being rushed out the door. Thank you for a very reassuring, satisfying encounter.

I did not receive a visit from Giovanni's visitor because he was not at home, he had an appointment with the ophthalmologist. I was waiting for a notice from him by mail or phone and I didn't get it and yesterday I was where I do so I didn't get a chance to see him or him to see me. It's hard to recommend a doctor when you only saw him for a few mins. Also, it took 3 months to get an appointment. So you tell me. Should I say he was great, I got my appointment very soon and recommend the office and the doctor based on that

Very polite, helpful, very friendly.

It was a very caring and empathetic experience except for it took 4 months to get an appt. I called in November 2023 and was not given an appt till March22, 2024. My next appt is with an Optometrist and that is in May. I think they could do better in setting up appts in a more time manner which is why I gave them a 9 instead of 10.

The NO answer - I had made an appointment for last October - it was not entered in the system. When I called to confirm they could not find it. I was re-scheduled to March. This has only happened one time in all the years of my membership - but it was disconcerting.

He is Kind and has a very calming voice. His bedside manner is perfection.

As far as the doctor, he was great, but the front office, the girl that sits by the window, I was standing there to check out and she was on her cell phone for like five minutes. And when I finally said, "Hello. Hello." she said, "Oh, do you need help?" So you need to work on the front office staff. They're always rude. They're never welcoming. They never smile. It's very, very disappointing. But once I get to the back office, they're usually very nice. But the doctor is always nice. So I don't know what's going on with Presbyterian, but I'm really not happy with them anymore. It seems like since I got in the Medicare Advantage program, they really don't care about my ... my issues or even taking care of me anymore.

The office never call for reminder appointment. Need to be able to schedule appoin.ent before approval expires. Also, not able to get specialist appointments. The doctor prescribed medication that was not covered by insurance now I have to wait for approval for other medication that will take 3 more days!

The staff at the La Mirada eye care center are the best, very helpful and courteous.

Nice and friendly service.

I was on time. Tech helped within 15 minutes but waited about o45 minutes to an hour. Was at office 1:30 to 3:15. Luckily I had good tests results. Dr was busy but took others ahead of me! Maybe he wanted to spend more time since I was a new patient.don't know why.

I really enjoyed going there to the PIH Eye Care. The receptionists, the nurses, everybody knows you by your first name, and greets you right away with a friendly smile. They're all been real nice with me. And I see to all the patients too how they take time for you, and very patient and are very friendly. So I enjoyed going to them and I think all my PIH doctors are doing a good job. Thank you and Dr. Greaves too. He's an awesome doctor. The last nursing assistant that I saw before I left my appointment was rude and didn't explain anything to me and then got mad when I got anxious with the test that she was trying to do. If she had said that to me beforehand, it probably would have helped me understand, but she didn't. Just putting something in my eye without any explanation is not appreciated.
