The only reason it took so long to get an appointment was because we're new patients and my husband and I both had to be seen together. That I think is what made it difficult to get the appointment sooner than we actually did. And as far as Dr. Beckhman is concerned, he was absolutely delightful, very pleasant, very easy on the eyes and, you know, just I thought was very, very helpful and explained everything very well. And his staff was also just as amazing. Okay, thank you.

The office staff is great, and I'm in a wheelchair so they're very helpful, as is the doctor. And when I gave you a 2 on one of your questions, I missed. I meant to do 4. Anyway, so yeah, I recommend them for anybody.

I never have enough time in the office with Dr Beckham. I've had Heart Failure before discovered at Mayo Clinic. I am supposed to have Echocardiogram's often and Heart PET Scan's, lab tests and other testing. I have Sarcoidosis. It can affect the heart, which it has affected mine in the past.

While the experience in Dr. Beckham's was stellar, there is an issue with your imaging center. We needed to set up a follow up ultrasound and nothing is available until January! That is outrageous.

Very good overall. Perhaps the point needs to be made that I did not think through my questions to ask. The Dr should also ask if the patient has any questions. It wasn't exactly hurried but that flexibility of give info and ask questions could be better panned out.

Availability of appointments needs a closer look, perhaps hiring more PA s for faster appointment availability can be an option. If the patients problems is at a higher acuity level, then the appt would go to the doctor. PIH is a fantastic Facility for patient care over the years the wait times on phones and in-office are becoming longer an longer. Longer time for MRIs and such.. There needs to be a closer look at a reasonable time frame. People who were happy are no longer happy and seeking else where. Thank you

I was very satisfied with my office visit. I know my doctor is very busy with his other patients and yet he took the time to answer all of my questions. And, the nurse and staff were very polite and professional.

Hello, yes, I'm the question if I would recommend them to a family member. I press three mostly because it is so difficult now as a patient to get in to see a doctor, any doctor at PIH that doesn't take forever. I wouldn't recommend anybody because it just puts me farther down the line. Secondly, it doesn't have anything to do with this office visit, but I was on hold for an hour and a half today with a speech therapy rehabilitation line and an hour and a half on a wait and then they hung up on me in the hour and a half. And that is so discouraging, especially when you've been waiting for an appointment now for three, no, two weeks.

Explain things very clearly and set up a follow up

I like the office, the doctor's amazing. The only thing I think isn't good for me is that I need an echocardiogram and I can't go till November. And that's a long time. I have gone to a place on Imperial. I don't know exactly. I've had echocardiograms there before and it doesn't take months like this does. That's the only thing I'm concerned about. Okay, thank you.

Dr. Beckham must be doing an extraordinary job with all of his patients because he has a caseload that is high and we just need more doctors and he needs more time to be able to take care of the patients that he has.

Our appointment was set for 9:45 a.m. We were not seen until almost 10:50 a.m. The administrative staff outside were socializing quite extensively and were heard in the room with the doors closed.

I would like to extend thanks to Dr Beckham and his staff for their professionalism. Special thanks to his technician (sorry I forgot her name) who did the vitals check and ekg. The patient is a special needs adult which requires lots of patience to deal with. The technician was able to perform all checks including an ekg without any issues. She explained the procedures clearly to the patient and help her to calm down. Dr. Beckham answered all our questions and explained everything clearly to us. He is also very patient and gentle when examining the patient. Both the technician and Dr Beckham made the visit and examination very pleasant and stress free, which is very important for our daughter. We are very grateful for their services. Front desk is also friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

First time visit. -After an incident (ER visit), the first available follow-up appointment was over 2 months out. -The office staff, before and after I had seen the doctor were all very cordial, courteous, and kind. -The doctor was sincere, thorough, and his explanations were clear. -The nurse/assistant seemed rushed, a little pushy in taking the blood pressure, non-empathic to body sensitivity with the BP and EKG.

my appointment was at 10:30. By 11:20 I opened the door to the staff area and put my hands in the air and was told I was next! what is the point of having an appointment when it takes about an hour for the doctor to come in. and no word from staff no apology no explanation. A courtesy explanation would have gone a long way.

Would like to be able to schedule appointments a lot sooner than what we have scheduled. Apparently there are not enough staff.

I will not be returning to this office. The doctor was dismissive and seemed annoyed when I shared some information about my health that the NP at my PCP's office suggested I share with my cardiologist.

I just want to say that Dr. Beckham is very good. I feel very comfortable, you know, and I trust him that, you know, he's taking care of me. And when I go to the office, all the receptionists and the nurses, they are very nice. Thank you very much.

Scheduling continues to be frustrating. 9:00 AM appointment. Arrived at 8:45, finally saw Doc at 9:50. I understand that scheduling can go south, but it seems that falling behind is a constant problem. If always falling behind, than need to review scheduling process

Great doctor very kind !

As a senior citizen with hearing issues, it would be nice if the staff would speak a bit louder and more slowly. Even with hearing aids, someone speaking too fast or too softly, makes it difficult to understand them. While scheduling appointments for tests etc, there were a lot of staff and patients talking in the background and it was hard to hear the person scheduling my tests. Everyone was very nice, but just wanted to mention that. Thank you.

The most caring, kind and concerned doctor I have ever worked with. I think he treats me if I were a family member.

The only problem I have with Dr. Beckham is I was scheduled for an 8:30 am appointment. I arrived20 minutes early so as not to inconvenience the Doctor or his staff. I was taken into the examination room at 8:45 am. The nurse took my vitals & confirmed all my information by around 9:05 am. I then sat in the examination room until 9:45am before the Doctor came in. There needs to be better scheduling, and if you aren't going to see me for over an hour after my appointment either have me wait in a more comfortable chair in the waiting area or put more comfortable chairs in the examination room. This is not the first time I've had extended waits in this office. My time is valuable also. I like the Doctor, otherwise I wouldn't keep going back.

Having the elevators fixed so people don't have to wait, having to have the right things on the, when you pay for the tickets to get in and get out from the parking lot. You don't have nothing, no signs that say for cash only, for credit card only. You need to be more, more responsible for getting people in and out in an orderly fashion from the parking lot.

I was supposed to sign a release to get past medical records forwarded from my past doctor to Dr. Beckham's office. We forgot to do that, can I send a signed paper which can be sent to my former Dr. office to help Dr. Beckham.

Very caring and great doctor

I need two tests and it's taking two and a half to three weeks to get these appointments. It seems ridiculous that it takes that long to schedule these.

The examining room wait times are very long. I waited 1 hr, 5 mins for doctor to arrive. Cardiology waits are longer than any of the other specialists I see at PIH. I am frequently inconvenienced by the waiting as I also have other appointments, errands and plans for the day. If something can be done to alleviate the long wait times, I would appreciate it.
