I love Dr Brown, she is excellent in every aspect. She never forgets that there is a human with a soul and emotions in front of her. She never makes you feel like you are just a sum of your symptoms. Doctors like her are too few and very far between. I cannot say enough great things about her. She approaches her patients in a wholistic way and I think this is what makes her the best doctor I've ever seen/had. And at my age I've seen too many. PIH is so lucky to have her.

I have been going to Dr. Brown since I was a teenager. She has been and is a great woman who listens to others concerns and gets to know her patients. She makes her patients feel comfortable.

I think it's ridiculous that appointments are made 6-9 months out. Why can't o see my doctor when I need to? I feel the PIH is so busy buying hospitals when they should be working to keto the patients they have and support the doctors that they have. It's not the doctor who does the scheduling. PIH really needs to look at the patient needs not getting other hospitals.

Best Doctor on staff

Doctor Brown is the only doctor that my wife and I have experienced who is not aversed to holding her patients with her bare hands. In doing so, we felt the care she gave us genuinely. She is the consumate professional in what she does. We hope more people can avail of the services of this great doctor. And may she live longer for the benefit of her patients.

I just wish you could clone Dr. Brown. I know that if I recommend her to a friend, that she is unable to take new patients. I feel so fortunate that she is my doctor. I know that she is on my side as I age and things change.

Dr. Brown was very efficient and sweet with my complaint about my back pain and looked at whole of my chart, she went above and beyond my needs. I really want to thank her for helping me.

So after staff is professional, the doctor is professional. The amount of time it takes to make an appointment is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. There are way too many patients and it's like cattle call doctor. And we really like our doctor, but we're unable to see her because of the overload of patients. It's unacceptable.

Dr. Brown is one of the best physicians in PIH. She is so knowledgeable and shows genuine care for me as her patient. I trust her 100% with my medical treatment plan and I know she is providing me with outstanding patient care. I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Brown's Medical Assistants (two names removed). Both of these ladies were very professional and knowledgeable, and ensured I was treated with kindness during pre and post exams. Well done!

Dr is great, wait time was long

The medical assistants need to be more attentive to the patient and more caring to the patient and maybe smile once in a while.

I had an appointment for 740 and I arrived at 7:30. There was another woman in front of me that had an appointment for 8 AM and she arrived right before me. They took her first and push my appointment back so I didn't see the doctor till after eight I believe your rules are totally wrong the person that is there for their appointment on time should be taken on time not the first person that comes in when they're not at the correct time. Her appointment was at eight she should've waited till eight unless there was no one in between my appointment at 7:40 and hers at eight.

The referral system does not work. I have to wait 3-6 months to get care. Sometimes the delays with a specialist wait time exceeds the appointment with my disparage my ability to get treatment reduces my quality of life.

Dr. Elisabeth Brown is a very professional and wonderful doctor. I would recommend her to everyone that I know the whole office is very professional.

I reached out to Dr. Brown via the MyChart. I'm going through some extremely difficult situations with my son, my 27-year-old son, who was diagnosed with a serious brain tumor and she was able to see me, accommodate me, squeeze me in her schedule to help me take care of myself so I can take care of my family. There was a time when the check in was fast and organized but not this visit. I am so glad I was able to schedule this appointment using the website because sometimes the office cancels appointments and doesn't call to reschedule for months. I happened to notice my appointment had been canceled and scheduled it myself. I didn't receive a call from the office to schedule until 4 months after it had been cancelled. Dr. Brown is an excellent family practice physician. She's been my doctor now for several years and I'm very blessed to have that. She spends the time with you. She answers your questions. She's very knowledgeable and I feel she genuinely cares for her patients and their families and that's a wonderful trait to have in a physician.

I love Dr. Brown. I ended up having to pay twice as much this year as I did last year per month just to keep seeing her. Reason for that was my company, Edison, changed my insurance. But she is worth the money a month just to see her. I have had her for 18 years, we have met. In other words, we know each other. It's very hard to find a doctor with that type of a relationship.

It takes too long to get an appointment. Otherwise, the experience is great.

Scheduling is a challenge: not Dr. Brown's fault--she is popular because she is so good--best primary care physician I've had. I feel it is the PIH system's fault. For instance, since she is my PCP and this is my annual physical, after I see her, staff should immediately work with me to set up my next year's physical. Instead, I called 3-4 months in advance of my annual physical and was unable to get an appointment till 3-4 months after my my one year due date--in short, my "annual" physical is no longer annually but every 15-18 months.

It's always nice to come to this location.Love my doctor, and the staff is very friendly.

Dr Brown and the staff on the 2nd floor family medical building at the Bloomfield office are wonderful. They are pleasant, friendly, helpful and make me feel like I'm cared for and not just another patient. I appreciate Dr Brown every time because she takes the time to chat and get to know me while diagnosing my issue or figuring out what to do next. I never feel like she's rushed, although I know she's super busy. When she looks things up and tries to do the best she can while I'm there is great and very useful. Waiting in the room for 45 minutes without nobody coming in and letting you know what the delay is, or when the nurse is outside talking to somebody else, playing with the baby and it keeps me in the room after the doctor comes in for 10, 15 minutes after, that's frustrating. I hope they can change that.

I had an appt that was made months before. Unfortunately I injured myself one month before the appt. I know there your group does not have enough doctors. I find it unfortunate that you can't have an appointment with your doctor in a timely manner. I trust my doctor with my life. I respect her treatment plan with utter trust. I know you have providers, but not enough doctors. I was told to call my PCP after 3 days, if I wasn't better. Another appt with my doctor would take months. I waited until I had my appt with my doctor. My doctor knows me and understands me. There is a bond and trust that a doctor and patient have. I'm sure your "providers" PA's and Nurse Practitioners are good but I would prefer my physician. I do recommend urgent care every one is professional and nice and taken care in a timely manner. I give my doctor 10 stars of excellence.

Very caring and comforting

I've been with Dr. Brown for many years and I've known her even before that. She's an awesome doctor. She makes you feel comfortable. She listens to you. And she's just there for us. Dr. Brown is a wonderful, wonderful doctor. I think everybody knows that. But one thing that she does that's exceptional, I think, is how she listens to people. She'll listen to what you're saying. And of course, she can do three things at once as well. But really listens and she's just an excellent, figures things out quickly and professional, just friendly. Couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Brown. She's wonderful.

Yes, I just like to congratulate Dr. Brown. I've had her for, she's been my doctor for quite a long time. She's always been concerned, especially in my hearing. Great experience. Check in on the first floor took a little bit of a long time. There were only two people working but a long line of people checking in. Once check in was done it was a fast process. So thankful for Dr.Brown and her team.
