Edwardo Tellez MD decided to become a Pediatrician early in medical school, when he realized that treating and caring for children brought him the greatest fulfillment. Dr. Tellez completed his pediatric residency at University of California Irvine (UCI) and has been practicing in and around the Los Angeles area since 1989. His love for children and his outgoing and warm personality makes for a comfortable environment for his little patients. Dr. Tellez has instructed future doctors at UCI Medical School, and has held leadership positions with the Pediatric Departments of a variety of medical groups and facilities. When not working with patients, Dr. Tellez enjoys spending time with his son. In addition, he enjoys travel, skiing, golf and softball.

Our daughter was really nervous to be at the Doctor's but Dr Tellez did such a great job making her comfortable. We really appreciated how he explained and interacted with us.

Dr. Tellez and his staff respect the parent's opinion and allows for the parent to be the child's advocate....all while giving clear explanations for all things related to the decision making. This is rare these days! Dr Tellez is a gem and any family that has him as their doctor should consider themselves blessed!

Dr. Tellez us very professional yet very caring he spoke to my daughter in a very friendly and very educated way. He explained to me to everything and also included my daughter. He made sure to treat her with respect and I appreciate him for not treating her like the child she is. But like a growing teen. I love Dr. Tellez for his kindness and for taking his time to address all my concerns and for not having one foot inside the room and the other outside. I was recommended to him by a family friend years ago and I am eternally grateful they did. I was asked why I drive so far he's just a pediatrician. We'll he's one of the best, that's why and if I had to drive miles and miles I would he's worth it

The receptionist forgot to provide me a proxy form to access my child's records, since she is a minor, so therefore I cannot see her results from our doctor's visit. This should be standard procedure for every parent/minor visit. Now I have to visit the office again and take time out of my schedule to go into the office and fill out the proxy form. Minor inconvenience, but to overlook something as simple as this is concerning.

Provider and staff were amazing. From reception greeting us till lab tech. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Had a great experience.

This office staff is always profession abd friendly. I love everyone here. Dr Tellez has been our pediatrician going on 17 years and he is absolutely the BEST! Always a great experience

The medical building itself was outdated, but clean. My experience was very positive and I am glad to have met Dr. Tellez and know that I can trust him with my child's care needs if and when her primary pediatrician is not available.

Provider was very knowledgeable and explained everything so one can understand. He took time to answer all questions and he interacted great with my boys. Staff was great as well, they were very nice. Overall had an amazing experience.

This is my second time visiting this facility, my first time taking my daughter, she really appreciated speaking to the provider and being listened to. The office staff was spectacular, quick easy check in too.

Dr Tellez did an amzing job at explaining things and showing he cared. He did not make me feel like he was in a rush and gave us the time to ask questions. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Tellez is the reason why we are still with PIH because we are with him for some years since was Pioneer medical group and is been a pleasure to have him has my kids's Dr. Always giving 100+ for his patients. Thank you.

The facility is old and dirty. Windows have film peeling off and broken blinds. Walls have liquid stains dripping down hidden by the bed. Spiderwebs in the walls next to the bed. The rooms look like they are either never cleaned or very sloppily cleaned.
