I'm very disappointed with your appointment staff. Made me come to get referral to see dermatologist and I didn't need to. When I complained with supervisor she told me it was my fault for not knowing I didn't need appointment

Yeah, the doctor, Otuwa, she was very thorough. She explained everything. I really like her personality and I would go back anytime. And like I said before, I would recommend her to any of our relatives or any person that would ask us for a doctor, I gladly will recommend her. And thanks for your service.

The staff there is always very helpful, friendly, and they're always giving great suggestions. The doctors are great as well.

I had to wait for an appointment with my provider. She recently graduated and then there was some delay until she was hired as a physician in Family Practice. I was given appointments with other Resident Physicians. I did not want to see a male physician. Thankfully, I was able to see my own doctor after a wait of a few months.

Dr.otuwa was very professional kind friendly patient and caring. She took time to explain things and made me feel comfortable. She simplified things. I trust her with my health care. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

For the first time I was seen by Dr. (name removed)... so very very impressed. In the future I will schedule all my appointments with her only. Haven't had a great dr. At PHI since (PHI removed)

I went to this provider because I needed a women's wellness check for pap smear and whatnot. And when I got there, I was told that I was not going to be able to be seen because I didn't, I was late and I was only 10 minutes late and I was told that I had a 15 minute grace period. When I saw the provider, she was unable to do my pap smear because I was on my menstrual cycle. But I think that's something that should have been communicated with me prior to the appointment that if I had been on my period, I was not able to be seen by my provider or by the provider. And also, none of the things that I came for initially, none of the complaints or, you know, any body aches, whatever.

Dr. Diana Otuwa was very professional and respectful. I enjoyed my time with her. Would definitely like to see her again.

I felt when taking time to do a physical checkup, the doctor should make suggestions to checking the whole body not just if there is pain on the patient. Checking if head and neck is good, shoulders don't ack or have had pain while sleeping, etc.

The Dr. was awesome! I felt comfortable with her. She listened to me and answered my questions .

I was very pleased with the attention and care received during my appt. I did struggle with registering before my scheduled appt as the system dismissed my initial entry once I searched for the access code to complete process. After 3 attempts I gave up. Thx

Appointments are hard to get. The waiting to get appointments is automated. Long wait calls.

I think that Dr. Otuwa was very helpful for my sister (PHI removed). She was kind and caring. That is what we all need. Thank you

Everything was good, the doctor was very professional. What I liked the most was that he took the time to ask me many questions about my health and I really appreciate that.

Well, I didn't like things like the parking lot, very difficult to find parking, my first time giving a lot of trouble finding it, but the staff told me correctly and well I do like the hospital, but there are too many people and well that's good right for the hospital, but for us as patients is very complicated because the more time you have to wait, the more time it takes for me to spend everything, but they treated me very well, I am happy and I would recommend it, recommend my husband and there we are. We already hope that we love it, but we are just getting started, we don't know how everything is going to happen, but we hope that the note and why it says my daughters relieved my grandchildren and they had their babies.

The doctor and the other medical staff were great. The process to obtain an appointment was not easy because nobody, the phone is never answered, so there is difficulty getting through the line. So that would be something that needs significant improvement for this medical office.

There is no more fast appts, office is understaffed . Doctor was an hour late but if I'm late they cancel appt . Office has declined in care since the pandemic.

Over all easy when I checked in with the front office, the medical asst. The doctor was sweet,nice listened to very thing I had to say. She schedule all of my appointments for me and she ordered all of my meds. Awesome Dr. love her ??

At urgent care the question about making an appointment is irrelevant. It should at least have a choice of N/A. I'm pleased that there is an MD and not only a PA.

I think it's Dr. Oshun. You know what? I think it's Dr. Diane. Dr. Diane was very kind and she was very informative and was really helpful to me. She gave me a lot of information that I needed and she was very respectful and I think very confidential. I would recommend her again and if I could go to the Urgent Care, the same one that I always go to, I would like to see her. Thank you so much.

Wait time to be seen was over 3 1/2 hours.

They are so swamped with patients they do a great job staff are very good and friendly drs are great.

Hi, I really enjoyed visiting with the doctor. I thought she was lovely and I really felt like she listened to me. The only downside is that it's extremely difficult to get a phone call and a family practice. The lines are always so busy, and just to schedule an appointment is maddening. I don't know why it takes so long. I don't know why they don't hire more people to answer the phone. Anyway, that's my only complaint. Thank you so much.

Provider care is great, but the time it takes to get an appointment is unbelievable. It's very difficult to even reach someone over the phone.
