The doctor treated me very well, and I would have liked my next appointment to be with him since he is the expert in the type of problem I am going through. Unfortunately I was told that he is very busy and it would not be possible, so after the treatment that the doctor suggested he will not follow up on my problem. As a patient it is very important for me not to keep changing doctors. Thank you.

Dr. Dudeja is probably the best ophthalmologist I have ever seen. I have been going to ophtalmologists all of my life since I was born with an eye problem. For this visit, the staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Dudeja was kind enough to spend a little extra time answering a question I had, and I truly appreciate that. The only concern I have is that I waited nearly an hour in the office waiting room to see the doctor. There may have been a good reason for that since Dr. Dudeja spent a little extra time with me, so I suspect he treats all of his patients the same way. I notice that Dr. Dudeja is cutting back on his office hours, and that also is a bit of a concern. Nevertheless, I will continue to see him and remain with the PIH Health Eye Care Center because they are truly the best.

Dr. Dudeja is one of my favorite eye doctors. I have like three of them. But he really excels in listening to you and seeing that I was worried about two different incidences. And he immediately gave me a solution for them and said he would be able to actually correct one thing on a laser surgery. He told me that right away and I was so relieved. And he is doing his best to schedule it as fast as he can. So he is great.

Regardless of my early appointment time, I still had to wait a while for my turn. However, once my name was called, I was attended to fairly quickly. The staff is polite and professional and Dr. Dudeja is fantastic; he is always attentive and explains eye conditions and symptoms with patience.

The translator they assigned to my mother is excellent. She was very happy with the attention she received.

The new electronic way of registering by phone did not work. The new electronic tablet registering at the office is a bit cumbersome and difficult to sign our name. Also, since I take several medications, I always bring a list of what I take and my allergies/sensitivities are also listed. It takes way to long to list everything on the tablet, so the medical assistant was very courteous and accepted my list and attached it to my file. Other than the new registering issues, the office staff is always very courteous, Dr. Dudeja, and Dr. (name removed) are excellent physicians and I am always treated professionally and they are both very courteous. I am saddened by the fact that Dr. Dudeja will be retiring soon. I will truly miss him!! (PHI removed)

Dr. Dudeja & staffs are great!

The Doctor did an excellent job with my Cataract Surgery improving my vision to my right eye. And now monitors the vision on my left eye for possible Surgery down the road. In the process the Doctor explains where I stand in relation to office eye examination and consultation and keeps me appraised of my situation in a professional manner.

Hi, oh, (name removed), the one I saw before, I saw Dr. Dudeja, terrific, and very thorough, a wonderful person, and also Dr. Dudeja, I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing it correctly, he explained everything about my eyes, and he was showing me this and your retina, your cornea, and this and this and that, and I realized he was a much better doctor than the one I had before, unfortunately, but she's not with PIH, so I thought he was great, and that's all I wanna say, and I made an appointment, he doesn't have to see me for another year, but I thought he was great, and I was recommended also by my friend Teresa, so I already knew that he was great. He explained every question that I have as excellent and I even wait like more than six months just to see him, but I can wait again that long just for me to see that kind of doctor. Everyone in the office was great and Dr. DUDEJA's experience, his professionalism, his expertise, and his manner of treating the patient is beyond excellent.

The appointment with Dr. Dudeja was excellent. But the ability to make it a timely appointment with any PIH doctor is ridiculous at times. You should not have to wait one, two or three months to make a doctors appointment. I know of several people who have left PIH because of the ridiculous amount of time they had to wait for an appointment or a test.

I have glaucoma and completely trust Dr. Dudeja with my eyesight.

This exam was a simple update, but time was taken to also make sure there were no impending problems.

The doctor and his staff are the most professional provider at PIH.

They told me that there would be someone who would speak Spanish when I arrived and when I entered the office the lady who attended to me did not speak Spanish.

Dr. Dudeja is very knowledgeable. He answers all my questions, spends time with me and does not make me feel that he is not in a hurry to get to his next patient.

Everything on my visit was perfect starting with the receptionist when I was signing in, paying my co-pay. They were very nice, pleasant, engaging. All the staff leading into the examination room, the same thing. Very engaging, thorough, very clear, very nice. And the doctor was exceptional, explained everything, gave me the comfort of knowing that he would be the one performing my procedure. Gave me all the what-ifs and the precautions and what to look for, including the very minimal risk involved with the surgery. He explained everything very thoroughly. Very happy with his service.

The waiting room was over full with patients some of whom clearly sounded like they either were or had recently been sick. As a person who has an immune system disorder this made me very uncomfortable.
