Dr. Copeland helped me to regain my daily life! My vertigo was SO bad that I couldn't perform my day-to-day tasks. With his treatment plan in place I am able to drive again and I was able to take an extensive vacation and enjoy it! He and his staff are detailed, professional, and caring!

Dr Copeland was extremely easy to talk to and did not try to rush me out of the office. He listened to what I had to say and was very respectful and seemed to be very thorough. I am so glad to be one of his patients.

I wish the doctors weren't so backed up. I would like to be able to see the doctor more often. I'm getting some blood work done and I have a condition. And normally I would see the doctor within the month of the blood work and I have to wait four months to get in to see him. So if you have a condition going on, that's just a little scary that you're not able to get in sooner. But my doctor did say he will call me if there's anything. But it's just not the same not being able to get in to see him more often. Thank you. Bye.

Even though on this particular day this provider was behind schedule, he did not rush my appointment, he was very attentive, and actually went out of his way to find old medical records of mine on another system of theirs.

Dr. Dane Copeland is a Godsend. He was the first Neurologist to not hear me but to listen to me. I'm filling this out as a representative on behalf of the patient. He put me at ease and recommended some site's to visit and he told me he was going to inform his social worker to get a hold of me for additional help. He's very attentive, very professional, and cares about me as a patient. I'm grateful to have a person like him in the medical field to help me with my health. And he listens a lot to what I have to explain when I'm in pain. And he tries to figure out what he can do in his best ability and knowledge as a doctor to help me and take care of my issues, my health issues, when it comes down to my migraines and anything else if it affects my health with neurology. Dr Copeland is a good doctor that does a great job with my complicated medical needs and headaches.

Dr. Copeland did NOT examine me at all. Although he stated in his summary that he did. He only asked me verbal questions. I left the appointment literally in tears in the middle of the appointment. He made me feel very uncomfortable and not confident at all. Did not ask about my concerns or my current conditions. Was more concerned about why I was on disability and not working. At one point I felt he even "chuckled" once I started having an anxiety attack and tears rolling down my face. He even asked me to get proof of my disability from the social security office.

So this is the (INAUDIBLE) for his wife, (PHI removed). So I'm his friend, my name is (name removed). So for (PHI removed), we will say probably four to five stents. So we just need, and if possible, you can send somebody to verify the patient, but she really, she needs to probably change clothing, take a bath, things like that. So would you mind send somebody? Excellent doctors, good service, best doctors.

With one exception that was a few weeks back with my caregiver. Everything went great and she was there with me and Dr. Copeland was wonderful. Your staff was wonderful and yes, I have and already shared my experience and I am very grateful for him and all the time that he took with me, and I do ... I have no regrets. Dr D Copeland is a great doctor. Very thorough and detailed in explaining his diagnosis and treatment.

I think he did an adequate job, but I didn't get that much feedback from him. And that's it.

I felt very comfortable with the office staff and the doctor. I had no problem with either, and the doctor seemed like a real easy guy to get along with. So, I don't mind visiting him or him being my doctor. So, that's about it.

My experience with Dr. Copeland was satisfactory and he was my neurologist. Before he left his Pico Rivera location, I highly regard him and look forward to working with him on some of the issues that I'm experiencing, especially on my balance issues. It was really good seeing him.

Hello. I really like Dr. Copeland. He's a good doctor. He takes care... I feel very confident in him. The only problem is I had to wait about four and a half months to get in. So, that's a problem because if, you know, if you're worrying about something serious, it's a little scary to have to wait that long. So, that would be the only thing I could recommend is to try to get the scheduling a little quicker for...especially for patients that have possibly something serious wrong. Thank you so much.

Always a great experience

Dr Copeland was very thorough in his examination, discuss lab result, review of medication and adjustments, check my vns, ordeeed refills , labs for next appt and sched for the next appt. And said to call the office if need to be seen sooner .

Unfortunately appointments were very difficult to get. My mom waited 4 months to get here first appointment to get a diagnosis of her condition. Meanwhile every doctor who may have suspected her condition could not say anything. Which was very frustrating for her family. Very happy with Dr.Copeland appointment wasn't of his doing.

Yeah, the office staff is extremely nice, and courteous and prompt, and the doctor is very thorough and he explains things very well, and is very caring. I'm very happy that I was taken care of by that office. Thank you.
