Was good.

My apt was at 4:20, but received a call asking me to go 3 hrs earlier, Dr didn't know neither did the staff, so it was the receptionist at check in, rescheduling unauthorized.

Everything has been fine

The staff was Friendly and on time

My visit with Dr Kung was smooth as expected. He went over my test results. Recommendations were made. It was a very good visit.

The main takeaway was that I was given referrals to see other doctors. As the provider said himself, I have a PPO and I don't need referrals, so the appointment served little purpose.

The physician didn't quite understand why I wanted my blood report done early. He thought it was for prerequisition for surgery. It wasn't. I wanted to know about my ESR, sedimentation rate. That would have given me a clue as to when I would, how soon I should get my teeth removed. I didn't have that opportunity to talk with him. Thank you.

My health issue was bad when I was kiaser now since my wife referred me to Dr Charles a lot of improvement and healthy , and he is calme and lesson very professional physician

Dr Kung and his nurse (name removed) are always very accommodating, saw me as a same day appointment, I trust him with my health, thank you for being the great Doctor that you are, in my eyes, he is the best.

Most family members have different insurance so that making recommendations would not help. Very pleased with Dr. Kung and his staff!

Charles Kung, MD, has cared for my family for more than 25 years. We are grateful for his service.

I asked Dr. Kung to have a CT scan done and he said no that I had to do this smoking preventative program which you have to be the age of 50 to 80 years old. I don't even qualify for that. I don't know how this doctor is not informed of this information, but he was pushing it, as if he gets a commission if I sign up. I told him I wanted a one time CT scan. He did nothing other than look in my throat, assign me an ENT and ask me to contact the smoking preventative for a CT scan. He actually did nothing for me, it was a wasted visit to see him. You guys need knowledgeable doctors so they can actually care for their patients. Not knowing the system and just sending them to other places to get further help is just a consultant. Mine was uneducated not knowing the qualified age for the program he was trying to get me to enroll in. I ended up resolving the issue with the front desk and got approved for a CT scan.

I feel this provider could be more receptive to my concerns. And also more vocal about my medical concerns. But I feel he is a good provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kung for many years. He's always been professional & thorough with his check up. The wait time is very short for me. His staff are friendly & professional. The staff are always willing to assist me with any appointments needed.

I really like Dr. Kung. He's very patient. He explains everything very thorough and well, and he's on top of things when he's recommending a referral on what needs to be done. And I recommend him to everybody. He's been a provider in my family for many, many years, 20 years, and I really love Dr. Kung.

The doctor I saw was not my primary doctor, but someone in his office. And I feel as if though that was a waste of my time going there. A few little questions he did answer, it just, well, he told me "well, I'm going to schedule you to see your primary doctor next month, and you have a nice day" and walked out. I was like what a waste of my time. I went in late for work. He could have told me this over the phone. Anyway, I'll talk to my primary doctor next month and explain it to him. Thank you.

Office was clean - everyone was helpful .

I have had the privilege of having Dr. Kung as my physician for well over 20 years. He is outstanding. He takes the time to explain things when needed. He truly cares. This type of doctor just doesn't exist in the current medical environment.

Everything went very well, the only thing that if they scheduled me for a physical was too much time they gave me, to improve.

I did not care for his not explaining what was going on with me. Him telling me that I was wrong on everything. I read what was on my chart. I asked questions about what's on my chart and he did not answer me in a way that made, you know, any kind of sense. It was more like, that doesn't matter, just get your test done and that isn't what's wrong with you, you know, kind of thing. I'd rather discuss what's on my chart and find out how to understand what's on it other than him telling me yes or no and just dismissing me like I'm some kind of idiot. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend him. I don't care for him. I want a new doctor and I'm going to get one, different one. I'm going to try for a different one. Thank you.
