All staff and doctor were very polite and helpful.

I wish the doctor would let me know when he left the room for good or asked if I had any questions before he left. Great guy but I thought he was coming back but he must if went to next patient

I was given the information that I needed a second opinion, an opinion by his partner, another doctor I assume, was talking about information about a possible surgery or not. I don't feel I was referred to that. I feel that they set up an appointment for me to have my nails trimmed. I'm not sure what's happening there.

Fantastic physician!

So my diagnosis was pretty generic. The so was the treatment. Go buy certain shoes, go buy super feet. There's a lot of other running shoes on the market outside of what was given to me that would have been like still a stability shoe or like movement restrictive shoes. No discussion of alternatives was made. Didn't even get x-rays. The x-rays that he quote unquote gave me diagnosis from were over a year old. Even though I explained that I had extreme pain and it was way worse than I have had in a very long time, he was not motivated to give me x-rays. And when I questioned him, he acted like, well, I guess I'll give you x-rays if you want them. So, you know.

I felt a bit rushed in the examination time that I was given. Unable to ask enough questions in the time of Appointment.

Dr did not wear gloves to remove a callus from bottom of my foot. Holding my foot with bare hands. Concerned if he washed his hands after leaving the room.

I have been with Dr. Alberty for a number of years. I recommend him to all of my coworkers at work and my family members also see Dr. Alberty. I trust him completely, such a gracious manner, and he's always taking care of me all the time with great care and patience and bedside manner. I really appreciate him. And I did tell him this last time, please do not retire on me. I need you for a long time still, period. Thank you so much, Dr. Alberty, and I appreciate PIH.

I felt rushed at this appointment. We were waiting to get our visit summary but only received a photocopy of what I needed to buy. I didn't know what medication to buy over the counter bcuz I don't have access to my 12 yr olds portal. So I left with no doctors instructions, no doctors note for school and no way of knowing what I needed to buy except for the photocopy of a product. Plus they didn't schedule the follow up appointment , nor did they instruct me on how to schdule. I wished they were more attentive to these matters bcuz I was in a hurry and was on my way to work. I didn't realize what was missing till I was on my way home and noticed I didn't have access to my daughter's portal. Very inconvenient. I wish they would just give it. So I ended up having to call the office to get the medications list and schedule an appt. It's better practice to give the patient the information and not assume they are accessing the portal. When you are discharged from the hospital you get instructions printed. Same should be for an appointment.

Personally, I didn't like anything about that visit with the podiatrist because I imagined they would remove my ingrown nails, but they didn't do anything, just cut my nails. In reality, I didn't like the service. I thought it would be a different kind of appointment, but it wasn't, and I didn't like it. Thank you.

Having worked for orthopedists in the past, I was surprised that nothing was mentioned about exercises for the foot. I was just told I had very flat feet, my left foot worse than my right. I was then given a Rx for what is felt to be the better type of shoe for me.

Dr. Alberty was very courteous to me during our visit. The only thing is that I felt he didn't cover anything other than saying surgery wasn't an option and to get a toe corrector or toe straightener. No mention about exercises on my toes. He didn't come back after. I thought he was going to come back into the room at the end, but he didn't. He sent his nursing assistant. Overall, very polite, but I don't think I would want to see him again. Thank you.

I will definitely change doctors. I have had several appointments with this doctor, and he always does the same thing-he only looks at his computer, spends a couple of minutes, and leaves saying he will come back, but he doesn't. I always leave frustrated due to his poor attention.

Disappointed with conversation with Dr. after r rays He came in to review exrays and explain what he saw. Very clinical no compassion. Didn't give me time to ask questions. Another gal came in to give me paper work on where to buy shoes. Also inform me I didn't need to come back to this office.

The visit was brief and a waste of time. No one seemed to care.

Dr. Alberty is always nice, courteous, friendly, and takes the time to explain things so that we could understand them.

It took too long to get an appointment. I had to wait about three weeks. It was a very painful foot. And he said I should go to physical therapy, but he didn't give me an authorization. He said it'd take about a week to get it. If I need physical therapy, I don't need it next week, I need it now.

I only needed a prescription refill but the doctor's office had refused the request from my pharmacy. I had to go all the way to the office and my insurance being charged to get a refill for my toe nail. I think this is waste of resources for the Medicare. I was seen 7 months ago and he prescribed exactly the same medication again. That could have been done without a new doctor's visit.

Dr. Alberty was very kind and patient with my son during his foot procedure. My son is 13 years old and was anxious and nervous. However, Dr. Alberty answered all of his questions along with mine. And during the procedure, my son being nervous was asking a lot of questions and Dr. Alberty was very kind while performing the minor surgery to his foot and answered all of my son's questions and made him feel very safe. Dr. Alberti is a very comforting doctor that explains to you and listens to you, makes you feel comfortable at the patient's room. He explains and the only sad part about it is that he doesn't have the late appointments on Tuesdays because I work from 8 to 5.30. So that's the only thing I miss, but I really enjoy having Dr. Alberti be my foot doctor. That's all I got to say. I do refer him to him from other friends and families that I have. Thank you.

The nurses at the front desk were very helpful and they helped me out soon after I got there. There was not much of a wait at all. Provider looked at xrays said "bone on bone arthritis we all get it at some point" and walks out. In comes the assistant, gives me referral for to shoe store, get new shoe foot insole. Doctor never came back to ask me if I had any questions!!

Hi, this provider, he provided more service in one visit than I had with three other visits with another podiatrist in the same PIH. So I would definitely recommend him to anybody. And actually, my daughter was seeing him for an ingrown toe. She's been to him a few times, and she's the one that referred me. And she loves this doctor as well. So I hope he stays on for a long time.

Dr. Alberty told me how I could receive continuing care for my problem, which will be covered by insurance, and I greatly appreciated his guidance.

I was greeted nicely by his nurse who laid me in a room. I attempted to explain why I was at the office, she didn't seem interested and left for her desk.

Didn't feel heard, Dr insisted on a permanent surgical procedure without offering alternatives or testing another option. I communicated that that was not an option until we see a persistent issue... this was a one time incident and has not been repetitive. When I completely denied the service he proceeded with my initial request which was to cut the nail... so there was another solution since the beginning he simply opposed and wanted to forcefully implement his recommendations. Also didn't wear gloves nor washed his hands before or after. I wouldn't schedule a second appointment with him

Dr. Alberty is a great Podiatrist. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I recommend PIH to my family and friends.

Dr Alberty did not take the time to even examine my feet or address my foot pain issues. His staff member named (name removed) was extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone for not scheduling a 3 week follow up appt, but the fact was that their staff had mistakenly only scheduled me for a follow up in 3 months. Dr Alberty did not even have me take my shoes off on my 2nd visit, and spent 3 minutes with me before telling me to hold on a minute and walked out of the office. A few minutes later a nurse walked in and said "ok, you're all set to go". I had no conclusion to my complaints of pain, no help at all.

Dr. Alberty was an excellent provider. He listened carefully and he solved a lot of my, or explained a lot of my issues that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend him.

Everything was good except I was referred to a lab downstairs I went and that receptionist is the absolute worst, she talked down to me she said they weren't quest and dismissed me like I was bothering her completely unacceptable. The whole quest thing is a pain the (word removed) too, I'm trying to find a quest that I can get an appointment in time for my next appointment. First time I have been so irritated with PIH. I drive at least an hour to my appointments I will not put up with this again. Very nice very professional

This doctor was one of the best doctors we've ever come across at PIH and we would trust him with our father and the rest of our family.

The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. However, the nurse who was in charge of the doctor's notes and referrals was very rude, very short, and very cold. I would not recommend anybody to see her because of her bedside. (INAUDIBLE).

Dr. Alberty seems to be a good doctor and knowledgeable, but he lacks patient attention. He never really made any eye contact. I was trying to explain to him where my pain was. He didn't even check the area. He just kind of glanced at it or from side eyes. He was on his computer all the time. He just sent me right away for some x-rays and determined with the x-ray what I had without even touching my foot or looking at the area that I was in pain.

He sent me to buy especial shoes and insole he did not due not things to help my pain

Dr Alberty is such a pleasant man. He is prompt, courteous and anticipated my needs. I didn't even have to ask about diabetic shoes bc he ordered them right away. I'm glad he is my doctor.

I found the doctor to be really easy to talk to. He actually had a sense of humor, which is really nice, and allowed me to kind of open up and share my health concerns with him. It just made it a lot easier. And coming from Kaiser now to PIH, it's just kind of a big change, but it was really nice to see that a doctor really cared. That was it. Thank you very much. Yes, all the ones that I selected in the beginning should have been fours. I misunderstood the directions, but he was an excellent doctor. He was attentive. He listened to me and he addressed my needs. Thank you.

Just grateful for their service but have found that the lack/turn over of nurses able to take care of nail cutting has been difficult to keep at a regular pace. It is not their fault I know, but it is just hard to know when they are available for appointments. Also the online portal to pre-register never keeps the updated information and I have to keep putting in the same information over and over.

(Name removed) the Doctor's aid lacks empathy and care for her patience. She was just checking boxes. She even forgot to give me the prescription for the pharmacy. I had to call back and, when I did, she didn't even apologize. Dr Alberty didn't even look at my feet at all. Just sat in front of his lap top and prescribed me medication which no one explained how to use.

Yes, there was one gentleman from the crew, the office. He is, it seems to me like he's a foreigner. He speaks English very broken, but he was excellent. He was super nice, very attentive, very polite. And I even asked the name up in the office what his name was. I think he's a wonderful person, really caring. I really liked him. I'm not sure his name. I don't remember his name, but he was just excellent. Very, very polite, very attentive. And I really, really appreciate that. He looked at me straight. That's another thing. Some of the providers, they don't even look at you. I mean, or they just glance at you and you feel like, oh my gosh, am I in the right place? That's how I feel. Thank you so much. Bye.

Hello, last year, 2023, my appointment was canceled on me four times. It was actually almost a year before I got to see the doctor. Okay, I'm a diabetic. I need to have my toenails cut by a professional. That's all I got to say.

Everything was great. It's just hard to get a hold of somebody in the office when you just need to ask a quick question. Example: I was given a paper with the shoes and insoles to buy, but there are multiple kids of features for this insoles. So I need to know what firmness, how thick, and how high of an arch to buy. I can't do this without being a le to speak to Dr. office.

Things were left unexplained and I had to return to the office for a follow up clarification that was not handled prior to my departure. Also therapy was assigned however there was no goal set for what the therapy is supposed to accomplish so I am left wondering why I will be going.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alberty's for years and he is no longer a doctor i trust and will not be going back. Will be leaving PIH as the care and service is not the same. Dr. Alberty did a procedure on me that should be long lasting and now says needs to be redone. He wont admit but i know it was not done correctly and now has to be redone. I will get it fixed but not by Dr. Alberty.

I made my appointment for a particular reason and after paying for the appointment and for new x-rays, they told me they could not perform the reason I was there because they stop that operation at the end of the year (Nov-Dec) for people with PPO insurances. They wasted my time and my money.
