Overall a long hold time to get through PIH doctors' offices on the phone.

I had a sudden pain in my knee and was walking with difficulty, Dr. Cerk's assistant (name removed), immediately helped me by bringing a wheelchair and taking me into the Dr's office. Dr. Cerk was extremely nice to take care of my problems. Thank You

Hi, I really enjoyed speaking with the doctor. He listened to all my concerns, was very thorough in his explanation. My only concern is the length of time it took to get an appointment and also the length of time it takes to get a follow-up appointment scheduled with him. His schedule, it's averaging, I think, about two months. No, two to three months to get an appointment with him. I think I started this process in June and I just saw him this month. And then my follow-up appointment is... initially they told me that he didn't have availability until November, but they were able to call the office and schedule something sooner for a follow-up for later in the month in September. That's my only concern and my only challenge is just getting an appointment much more quickly. But other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you.

The physician and office experience was great. Parking was the issue at the Wells building. Either the pay machines weren't working correctly or the elderly people couldn't figure out how to use them. Someone talked to people through the intercom but that didn't help much

Well, I can say that the person who worked with me was very humanitarian, very attentive, very kind. When I finished my X-rays, she was the one who returned me to the room where my belongings were, because the assistant and the doctor weren't very, how can I say it, I didn't feel well. They left me alone to take the X-rays, and I didn't even know where I was going. But, well, I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be. However, my respect to the doctor-excellent. He gave me the necessary time, walked me through everything, explained things to me, sent me to physical therapy, gave me medication, and ordered an MRI for me. Very, very professional, very respectful. He took the time and answered all my questions-everything I needed to know about myself. If I could, I wouldn't just give him a 10, I would give him a 100. Truly excellent.

As always, Dr. Cerk is courteous, informative, patient, and thorough. I really appreciate it.

While I am fine with my provider, it seems ridiculous that due to my medical "network," I have to drive 45 minutes away to see him when I live NEXT door to a PIH hospital that also has rheumatologists on site.

Im hoping next time that i will be seen on time, not just here in Bloomfield but other offices in PIH. I understand that sometimes it gets tough but we need to consider other peoples time and energy. Ty.

Dr. Cerk is one of my favorite doctors. He really cares and listens to me. He definitely goes over my chart and checks to see if I've completed my necessary labs/appts. My previous Rheumatologist was nice, but would always give me prescriptions and cortisone shots.

Dr. Cerk is a very kind person. I love that he speaks Spanish and the ladies who assist him are very kind. In a word, they are all very professional.

Dr Cerk, was most professional & attentive as I had a laundry list of issues to throw at him. lol. He gave me options for diagnosis & treatments. For which ask for his professional opinion to help me on my way. Which helped me make an educated decision going forward. His advice gave me confidence & relief from pain starting the very next day. So glad I found him & he had a cancellation. As most appointment times with any PIH physician is, sadly, at least 1-2 months out. Too bad if you're really suffering. But DR Cerk is going to be worth it I think. (PHI removed)

Overall, Dr. Cerk is fantastic. He does listen. He does take time to explain. And definitely his ego is not involved.

My appointment was canceled twice by the doctor and the reschedule timeline was still two months out each time. I feel that if the doctor cancels the appointment, then there should be priority to be rescheduled quickly and not two months out. My first appointment was January 31st and I didn't see the doctor until May 23rd.

The only thing that I found out is that he had no enough help. So really I had to wait a little bit more because he also had no help at all. One person for this and taking the vital signs and everything is just a little bit. So just give him more help, please. I love him.

Everything went well with my visit

Pros: Dr. Cerk and his staff were phenomenal. More than made up for any cons Cons: Very hard to contact this office. Had to stay on hold for 30 minutes both times on phone calls. I believe there is an operator that you have to wait for initially. Had to schedule appointment out about 2 months.

The parking rate of five dollars after 30 minutes is not appreciated. It should be free parking for one hour. Medical bills are already sky high and adding this to the load is very irritating.

Dr cerk is excellent. Getting an appointment in a reasonable time was awful. It's not just with this doctor but my other drs as well. Im looking at other facilities where there's no shortage of doctors.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr Cerk, he is very thorough. He is the best Rheumatologist I have Had in the past 12 years. Always explains everything, never seems rushed and Makes you feel like he is very genuine. His nurse is also great I believe Her name is Felicia. She is always happy and so welcoming. Definitely a pleasure to go see them both.

Dr. Cerk was excellent in every way! He explained about the medication I asked about, he listened and asked questions about me. He showed a genuine interest with all my concerns. He was kind and caring in every, and PIH should be proud to have him!

Everybody I have met there does their job beautifully. Dr. Cerk is a very wonderful doctor and his nurse is fabulous and it goes all the way down to the people that check you in. What an AMAZING doctor. Staff is just as amazing. Doctor didn't rush through my visit. He explained in a way that I understood. I can tell he love his job.

Dr. Cerk is a very kind doctor, trustworthy, and focused on the procedure to be followed, as is his boss and his assistant (name removed). All the staff are very kind. I will stay with HIP for any medical needs I may have.

My doctor is amazing and patient and extremely understanding and very knowledgeable. His MA (name removed) is such a great nurse extremely caring person she is what many nurses should be. I have gone crying in my pain and not once has she made me feel dismissed. Wonderful human being. I wish all my nurses I've had in the past NOT with PIH would have treated me the same. I can't say anything more than thank you for hiring amazing people.

Dr. Cerk, is very thorough... thorough and knowledgeable and kind. The assistant, I forgot her name, the assistant before the doctor saw me, is also very sweet and kind. Yeah, so anyway, I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Doctor arrived quite late for appointment, but other than that everything was fine.

Staff and doctor were wearing masks which made it a bit difficult for me to understand them. I realize it's for safety. Nurse was very pleasant and helpful.
