He may do that for all patients but it feels special for my sister. I feel like he is always looking out for her.

The staff, the doctor, wonderful, beautiful people. They're very involved in me and my care. Though I've been there since February, I've had two cortisone and my insurance would not cover a gel shot that I ended up paying $550 for, but I paid it and it did nothing. So I don't know where we go to from here, but it's not their fault. I don't believe. I don't know what to do next.

A nurse should be present during the time that an injection is being administered by the male physician to a female patient.

The doctor gave me a shot in the shoulder, and received immediate relief from the shoulder pain. The doctor listen carefully as I explained about other issues of pain in the knee and neck. I asked if a knee brace would help the knee pain and crooked knee. Doctor advised that surgery in the knee would be best to correct the crooked knee, which is 1/2 inch shorter. Also explained the bent over neck can also be corrected with surgery. I'm considering surgery, if approved.

Doctor was running late. The doctor gave great service when was it in the in the office with me. Staff came in explained why they're running late much appreciated. The x-ray technician (Name removed) gave great directions and was very thorough. Doctor Shah was very attentive and listened and explain things very thoroughly.

The staff was very well respecting. The doctor, my appointment was at 2.30, I didn't get out of there till 4.00. I see him every three months to get cortisone shots. My left shoulder, he hurt me so bad that when I got home I was in so much pain. My arm was all swollen and black and blue. The same with my knees, I don't know what's going on with him the last three months or so. It's been pretty bad. I've gone to him for a while now and it seems to be getting worse and I don't know why. I don't know if it's the end of the day and he's tired or what, but I'm thinking of looking for maybe another doctor. That's about it. I don't know what you could do.

Yes, it's a really bad time for you guys to call. I have like a cast on and a broken hand and it's very hard to hold a cell phone and press one and two. So you should either do it in a voicemail, you don't have to press the numbers. Okay, but as for my visit, it was perfect. Thank you. Bye. Bye.

Yes, the waiting time that you wait in the waiting room. I was called in and basically I waited for the doctor about over 45 minutes before the doctor even came in to see me. I think that they should wait at least maybe 20 minutes, 15, 20 minutes, and then call you in into the waiting room, inside the room to wait. And that way you're not sitting in there so long waiting for the doctor. Thank you.

I got there a couple minutes before my appointment but I had to wait for 20 minutes for my insurance to be verified before they put me into the cue that I was ready to be seen by the dr. Since starting with PIH in February I have never had to do that. Other patients came in after me and they didn't have that wait for verification so that extra wait made me later to work. And to just see the representatives talking and laughing while I'm still waiting was very frustrating. My experience once I got into see Dr Shah was awesome! His entire staff was terrific.

It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr. Shah and finally get a diagnosis for the extreme pain I've had in my hand and thumb for the past four months. Now I can begin to treat my symptoms properly and hopefully reduce my pain and be able to use my hand more easily in the near future.The diagnosis was disappointing but I was encouraged about possible treatments for my condition.

Getting an appointment is not an easy thing and also waiting time from the appointment time is more than 30 minutes and from there, doctor just see for 10 minutes and I'm not really satisfied with the timing. It can be better. Thank you.

The experience was very good. The doctor was fabulous, and the staff also treated me very well. The only thing I don't like is having multiple appointments in different parts of the building, requiring separate entries and having to pay $5 each time. This seems very excessive and expensive. They should control this better. If someone has an appointment, at least validate their parking. I know some people leave their cars for many days, but if it's just for an appointment, those tickets should be prioritized.

Dr. Shah was very friendly and was able to communicate with the child very quickly and adapt to her needs.

Just the waiting to be seen is frustrating. To wait close to an hour in the closed room, then Dr is with you for less than 10 minutes. Scheduling patients too close together is the problem.

When they transfer it to some clinics, they make it very expensive to sell it, no one is waiting to tell me there is a situation, but we have spent more than 30 minutes and no one communicates with them.

As is typical, my actual body was not examined. Yes, X-rays were viewed on the screen. The doctor did check my lack of physical strength. Perhaps a conversation about a range of activities that are tolerable and or activities that might build up strength over time.

The doctor explains everything thoroughly. He gives you options, cause and effect in a very accurate manner and he is very polite.

We had an incident with the front office- office staff on the date of our appointment. We were scheduled for an appointment through our pediatrician office and told us the wrong location. When we showed up to our appointment, we were at the wrong location. The front office staff for the orthopedic office told us that we were at the wrong location and we couldn't be seen by their office at their location (Putnam orthopedic). So, I had her contact the correct location and advised that we were on our way. They advised that we had until 11am. I gathered my kids at went to the correct location, when we arrived to the correct the front office staff stated that we were too late and could not be seen. I had advised the front office staff that was reassured that we were going to be seen. the front office staff gave me a hard time and I had her contact the doctor. we were seen by the doctor and the doctor apologized for the confusion, but the problem is the front office staff that blame the call centers. in reality, the front office staff are the major problem with their attitudes and lack of empathy for the patients.

Dr listen very carefully to my concerns & took time to fully explain away my concern. Very kind Dr.

Dr. Shah is an exceptional doctor. This is exemplified through his staff whom all treat you with courtesy and respect. Dr. Shah made sure I understood the procedure and alternatives. From our initial appointment through the healing process Dr. Shah explained what I should expect. Thank you Dr. Shah for healing my knee!

I have a lot of experience and gratitude with Dr Bindesh, I have already gone through two previous surgeries with him and I have been perfectly fine. Now this is a new problem for my body, that is why I went to him. He has performed two hip surgeries on me. So I have a lot of confidence in him.

$5 for parking is outrageous.
