I had an amazing experience with my doctor. I always enjoy seeing him. And he answers all my questions even when they don't even make sense, even when I'm worried and they don't make sense to me. But he answers them to the fullest of my ability so I can understand them. And the staff and everybody is great. They're amazing. And I love everybody at PIH. Thank you.

The PIH oncology staff, doctor, friend, assistant, referrals, I'm not sure what all the titles are. They definitely work as a team, asking questions, and if they don't know, they will refer to each other and they will say, I don't know, I will get you that information. And that to me is exactly what I need to hear as a means of support. I have decided to be PIH and all my doctors, general, and other, like I said, all my doctors I've transferred to PIH and that's the trust that this department has created. And that's all I have to say. I trust them.

Hi, when I got there, there was a receptionist, (name removed), very helpful, very nice. My problem with Dr. Pham is he doesn't listen 100% or look at you. He doesn't make me feel 100% comfortable. I try my best to explain to him. He gets part of it, but not all of it. I will just keep trying. Thank you for your time. And again, (name removed) was very, very pleasant and made me feel very, very at ease.

Dr Pham and his staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating. Jenny Rodriguez the social worker goes out of her way to make sure that I get the care that I need .

Andrew Pham, or Dr. Andrew Pham, is the best doctor. He's very caring, he was on top of my care. I never had to miss any chemo, and I would recommend him, highly recommend him. He's easy to talk to and explains everything carefully. Thank you.

The most impressive thing that Dr. Pham did is after my colonoscopy and hearing the results from the doctor that did the colonoscopy and her not being able to give me exact answers or anything to pertain to some type of knowledge, Dr. Pham was at my bedside in the hospital within a matter of 30 minutes, I believe, which was just unbelievable and very, very appreciative on our part. And I just want to say how thankful I am for him for that.

Doctor Pham has been very courteous and has shown sympathy and also concern for me, he has given me hope and also has an action plan to help me with my health, I had been with another medical provider since I got diagnosed in 2015 till this year that my wife and I made the change to PIH. Very good, I am happy with their services every time I go, they treat me very well.

This has been my fourth oncologist in the past 4 yrs. due to a necessary move and a shortage of available oncologists when we arrived. I wished less driving and asked for a transfer. Dr. Pham must have studied my lengthy chart intensely. He was very knowledgeable about the records and we have a general plan figured out. He is approachable.

I don't believe the doctor had took into account of anything that I had to say as the patient or explain things thoroughly so I understood what he was talking about. It did not make sense why I had to take the medication before a test. Still doesn't make sense to me. So, I'm not pleased. Have a great day.

I wouldn't go to any other Dr.s than PIH

I get a parking validation from the oncology department which isn't accepted all of the time so I pay. Also the machines (kiosks) and gate aren't always working a lot lately. The gates are very tough for elderly to work sometimes as well as people that are injured in any way.

It is alwAys a pleasure to have an appointment with Dr Pham. He demonstrates his ability to communicate at a level that makes the appointment clear and gives you time to ask your questions and receive a clear answer

My health insurance SCAN provides me with excellent physicians. As well as transportation for my appointments. I highly recommend SCAN.

He's not a very good listener
