It was refreshing to and calm which made it easy to talk with Aimee Lee so I was able to think about the importance I was able to think of question that I was most concerned about and when I got confused she was able to explain it in detail for me to understand. I went to see Aimee Lee for an appointment at 930. I was there at 935. I didn't hear anything. Finally at 1015, I went up to the desk and told the girl, am I going to have the appointment or not? She said she'd find out. I waited another 15 minutes and didn't hear from her. I was going up there again, and finally somebody came out.

PA Lee was amazing, she was very informative and patient with my questions. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to address my specific questions and concerns.

I came away impressed with the Aimee and the time she took to go over my lab results and hear my questions out. I didn't feel rushed, cutoff or my questions minimalized. Being new to the practice, being new to the west coast is a different experience for me since I've been accustomed to my previous practice (Ortho Virginia) of the last 20+ years. I feel a lot more secure and confident about the care I'm receiving/about to receive after a few visits. I look forward to my upcoming surgery, as much as can be expected at least, and confident in the level of care that will be provided. Aimee was a pleasure to deal with, as was(name removed).

She listened to my questions. She answered questions that I asked outside of the procedure that's going to be happening.
