With a 9 am appointment, I expected to be seen before 10, which is what it was and it's always that way when i go to his office. way to long to wait and have inconvenienced family member to be there with me for the wait. I understand an emergency now and then but this is always the case & can't understand that far behind that early in morning.

Okay, this is (PHI removed). I had a doctor appointment with Dr. A this week and he's extremely, extremely the best doctor I've ever had and the nurses were tremendous. They set up my appointments in the future on the same day so I didn't have to come back multiple days and the office staff and everyone involved is just very, very good. Very above excellent. Yes, they were very nice when I went. I got a little nervous, so I didn't ask as many questions as I would like. And unfortunately, I couldn't schedule the test that he wanted until the end of September. I wish it was sooner just to ease my mind.

Parking lot exit gate would not open. Causing long back-up at the exit gate. Parking lot entrance gate tossed out the ticket. Which fell to the ground. Too close to open car door.

Yes, I waited like three months, almost three months after I got up from the hospital, from the ER room to get that appointment until July 15. So I think that's a very long time when I was supposed to be seen right away. My primary doctor had to prescribe me medication until July 15. The doctor seems very professional and excellent, as my point of view, but I think there should be some other cardiologists available for cases like mine that doesn't have to wait three months to be seen. I can't imagine that there is a better cardiologist than Dr. Aditya Ambegaonkar. He has been my cardiologist for 12 years and has gotten me through one heart attack two extreme bouts of Afib. as well as chest pains and heart palpitations . I have total confidence in Dr. Ambegaonkar. He's always calm and it's so comforting knowing that no matter what's going on with your heart, he will know what to do. My wife and I rate him 5 stars.

Dr. Aditya seems to be a caring physician. However there are so many patients, and because of time constraints, it appears that he can't spend as much time with the patients that he wants to. I arrived early as instructed and had to wait an additional hour to see him. The waiting room was very full and there were only two attending physicians. As our population gets older we are going to need more doctors and more time to discuss our conditions.

Thank you for letting me talk. Dr. A is a good doctor, but doesn't seem to have a lot of time. A couple of times he had an assistant, or not an assistant, but a student, that I hardly had any time with him. So I was disappointed. But other than that, I think he's just kind of always in a hurry. But basically, I guess he's okay. But thank you for letting me talk.

Each time I in the past when have an appt I wait 45-48 mins. So the last 2 appts I scheduled for 8:00am thinking I would be seen on time n I still had to wait 45-48 mins. Perhaps staff is overbooking patients. I think if pt is on time for their appointment that they should have to wait no more than 30 mins. I respect the doctors time so I show up on time. I expect the same respect.

Two items that I have complaints: 1) Pay Parking, I do not understand why we have to pay for parking. I am very seriously of thinking into looking for another doctor that I do not have to pay for parking, 2) long wait time to see my doctor. After I checked in and the time it take to see my doctor, I had to wait for almost an hour; I was on time and I expect the doctor to be on time too. I am very frustrated with this and I am hoping that changes can happen before my next appointment in September 2024.

I went to visit Dr. A. He was much better than he was the previous times I visited him because it always seems like he's overworked and in a hurry. Maybe you all give him too many patients to see at one time. I don't know, but he seems like he's always rushed. And he does need to take the time and relax and enjoy the patients, talk to them a little bit and patients talk back to him. And he needs to explain his echocardiogram a little bit better and the options that we have. So anyway, he needs to have staff development in human relationships. Thank you very much.

He's the Best Cardiologist that PIH has, very nice and smart!

This is NOT about Dr. A. He's fantastic. This is about PIH. First, I'm so glad that you continue to use Quest Diagnostic, otherwise I'd be complaining about that. I'm complaining about that device you have to charge us $5 to get into the parking lot, and it held me up for almost 10 minutes. It wasn't working so it took me almost TEN MINUTES to move on Pacific, past Putnam, to the arm that did not have a ticket for me. This left me 10 minutes late for my appointment. All of us frustrated by the long wait to get to a parking lot all for the chase of a buck (5 bucks) by PIH. If you are going to charge us $5, at least have it work efficiently so that we don't have to add 15 minutes to our drive time for in order to be on time for an appointment. THEN your elevator wasn't working. I ended up needing to walk up stairs to his office-2.5 months from my knee replacement. get a better arm or tear it down.

Even though I had to wait a little bit for my appointment in the office, it's worth the wait. He is an excellent Dr. And I understand that he takes as much time with his patient's as needed

Dr A. was very professional and explained how we were going proceed with my care. The office staff was very efficient. I did wait 30 min to get into the office as that office was very busy. In using PIH, it is an extremely long process to get an appointment and if there is testing needed, it seems to take a long time to get a day for the procedure.

My doctor is great as are the nurses who take vital etc . But the girls in front sometimes talk about other patients in front of me . Yesterday as I was scheduling my best appointment , they were talking negatively about another patient . This is very inappropriate !!!!!!!!!

But as far as cardiology, he's just so attentive and very thorough and is expedient when it comes to further testing and any other recommendations that he has.
