I was really happy with the professionalism of the provider. I was very happy with the scheduling. I was very happy with the entire experience. I'm very thankful and appreciate the entire experience. I couldn't be happier. I'm very happy with the staff, the office, the appointments, follow-up, and the doctors themselves. I'm really happy. The hospital visit was very good. I appreciated it. I enjoyed it a lot more than I had expected I was going to. It made my entire stay there beautiful. I would not ask for any more. Thank you very much.

PIH Whittier and ALL the staff have always been very courteous from the time I walk in until I'm heading out . Marc was GREAT!, he really explained to me everything I asked.

Patients' time should also be valued. I waited 1 hour past my appointment time to be seen. I would have left but needed to have stitches removed so I had no choice. This should not happen. We have time to return to employers, lost billable time, etc simply because a doctor's office cannot manage their time in a more efficient manner.

The experience in the clinic was a great! Dr. (name removed) was able to add me into the schedule and follow through his plans to have me seen sooner than later. One staff member in particular (I didn't get her name) was very friendly, professional and went the extra mile to offer me a validation parking as she thought she understood I had my appointment rescheduled a few times. She called me up to the front desk to apologize to me on the clinic's behalf for that happening however I explained that was not the case for me and I handed her back the validation for parking and stated I was thankful but it was not needed. She was the last employee at the front desk as everyone was gone from the reception/ check in area. I'm thankful for her wonderful service and her taking an extra step to do so to make the situation better and right.

Got into my appointment early, was done with my appointment 2 minutes after its scheduled start, office staff very friendly, especially (Betty. PA Marc was very friendly, got about business in an expeditious manner, and my stitches were out in a jiffy. 10's across the board.

Everyone in that office is very pleasant and helpful. (Name removed) went out of her way in whatever I needed. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone.

The doctor and the PA were talking amongst themselves. I wasn't really clear whether or not I had done any damage after attempting to lift my wife when she had fallen two days after I had surgery. So I'm not sure if I'm okay. Thank you very much, (PHI removed).

Great experience. PIH very impressive as this was my first time using emergency, hospital, all physicians and great follow up with surgeon. Seamless experience. PIH is doing a great job based on my recent experience. PA Francisco was very attentive, explained my previous condition and current condition and advised I was covered up to three months if I have any problems.
