It took me like four weeks to see the doctor. It's horrible.

So questions number three and four should have been responded to with a four. The threes were accurate. The staff and the physician were both excellent. I actually told doctor that he was great and I loved his approach and the way he explained things and handled things. So excellent doctor. I found him just by searching and I'm glad that I found him.

It was a consultation over a serious issue, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. My questions were answered in detail, the answers were provided by the doctor in a very understandable way, my worries were relieved, and I felt it was a very successful consultation. I had been given the information I needed to understand the situation and to make essential decisions correctly with confidence.

Office was welcoming, clean. Short wait time. Dr very friendly & professional. Friendly staff.

I still do not like the parking system @ the Wells Bldg. it is very difficult to get out!! The system is flawed. Also, confirmed appt on line but kept getting the same email requesting confirmation. The site had acknowledged the confirmation but still continued sending the same email request. When I inquired at the office they said many other people had experienced the same problem. Does your program need to be reviewed?

This doctor was amazing. He took time to explain my test results in detail and answer all my questions. He was very reassuring and attentive. I highly recommend him!

Very gentle & caring

Dr. REINSTADLER is one of my favorite doctors. He has incredible bed side manner, makes you feel seen and heard. His office fit me in when I had an emergency and came up with a game plan for treatment. I wish I could find a primary like him. He's really one of the best.

PIH makes you pay five bucks to park to go see your doctor. That is a big rip off, I do not like it at all.

Waiting to long, for appointment, know we have to wait 1 month and days for testing.... That's crazy. Like the doctor but thinking twice about referring this office.

It would have been helpful if I had a chance to write instructions or to have the doctor or nurse write a brief summary for me.

I like that the appointment was completely prompt and the doctor was able to see us immediately. However, the facility building only had one elevator in use and it took me 15 minutes to get up to the fifth floor. From the first ground lobby to the fifth floor because it was packed with people every time getting on and off the elevator. Thank you.

I was there early for my appointment and was taken to a room, seen by the dr. And out of the office before my scheduled appointment.

Dr Reinstadler has a nice bedside manner. He explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

I was evaluated and helped with my ear infection. The Dr. explained what was causing my pain, cleaned out my ear and immediately prescribed medication to remedy the situation. He also told me how to apply the drops when I receive them. He also scheduled an advanced appointment to make sure the drops were doing their job. I couldn't ask for more!

Dr. Reinstadler is a very caring doctor. He takes time with you and he listens to his patients. He a compassionate doctor. #1 doctor in our eyes

They scheduled me right away, had a cancellation that was able to fit me in, and the doctor explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns, and was able to resolve my issue, which I thought was bigger than it was.

Dr. Reinstadler was very direct in his answers and I felt he was in a bit of a hurry. But he was busy. I could see in the office that he was very busy. But he was personable. He listened and he answered my questions. Thank you.

When he examine my ear, he was very gentle and it did not hurt when he took out the earwax and sprayed medicine.

Professional, courteous, personable

I like the doctor, but it's unacceptable how long you wait to get an appt. I waited months just to get in to see him. Something has to be done with the specialists at PIH. Every one of them has 3-6 month waiting period when you try to schedule an appt.

Dr. Reinstadler is considerate and compassionate. He always makes time to discuss questions.

First time visit staff was great Dr was great, very personable and I'll definitely continue seeing him with any ENT problems

Very difficult to get an appointment for a first time patient like me. I wish consideration would be given to senior citizens like me. From the time I called for an appointment to see an ENT specialist, it took almost a month before Dr Reinstadler saw me. The actual consultation took no more than 15-20 minutes. In my opinion, to have suffered through my condition for a month - with the additional stress of not knowing what was going on - versus having my condition figured out so quickly is really just so very sad. This has nothing to do of course with the excellent care that Dr Reinstadler provided me. I am relieved that my follow-up visit scheduled for next week was scheduled at the end of my first visit yesterday.

The office staff, and the doctor were pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend the doctor to friends and family.

I was never told which office to go to, I went to wrong office then redirected.

First time going to this doctor's office, I have never been seen so fast as I was in this office. Doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and I would highly recommend him.

Everything was... literally perfect. The only issue was this was a 5 minute appointment that took almost a month to schedule. I just needed my ear cleaned and the doctor spent less than 15 minutes in the room with me. He was rushing but very kind and careful, gentle, and explained it all to me. At one point I became overwhelmed and he gave me the time I needed to calm down. He was... wonderful. The staff was wonderful. But the only issue is I could not hear for an additional several weeks because the closest appointment I could get was weeks away. Thank you for your service to me PIH! Love you guys! :D

The doctor introduced himself and shook my hand. I thought that was very nice. He spoke in a clear and concise manner. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from this doctor.

The elevator situation is terrible. PIH should be embarrassed to charge their patients to pay for parking.

even though they said they had sent the referral to radiation, they had not. It took 3 attempts to get them to send it, and it was radiation who finally was able to get the referral from them.
