Very patient concern and kind

Dr Lin has taken care of my health for the past seven years. He continues to be caring & kind. He genuinely wants to know how I'm feeling & how I have been since my last annual visit. He attentively & patiently listens to anything I may want to tell him. I leave his office feeling like he really cares about my well being.

Okay, when I went, the ladies in the office were very nice and polite and helpful. And Dr. Lin is very nice. He's a very nice doctor. He listens to you. He answers your questions and he's very patient. So I was happy to meet Dr. Lin and his staff.

The doctor and his staff is wonderful. It's clean, they're quick, they're efficient. But the reason I really wouldn't want to recommend anybody to go to PIH is because you're money hungry and you charge for the parking. I think it's an outlaw. It's a crime. People are poor nowadays. We don't have a lot of money. We're on Social Security. We have illnesses. That's the only reason we're going there. And you want to jab us. You keep increasing the parking. And if it wasn't for that, I would give 10 ratings. I would tell everybody. Because it's not the people that work there. It's the people who decided to charge for the parking that brings you down. I'm not the only one that feels that way. Everybody I talk to feels that way. It's the people who made the decision that they needed to jab people in the wallet and steal from them and take their money.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lin's for several years now, maybe like six years, and every time I have to come see him, I have to get lab work. Lab work requests have always been a big issue. When I call reception, they say they send it to the labs. When I get to the labs, they never have them. So I've had to have many missed appointments because there is a miscommunication with reception sending lab orders directly to the labs. I wish that would be fixed so that things could get done smoother and faster without stress.

There's a great deal that needs to be explored as far as what is best for the patient. This doctor is not given a lot of options to do a lot of things, very few in fact, and they're not, they're invasive. And the patients that go there, I can tell, they're not very, and it's not a bad impression on the doctors, just the things he's given are not good because they don't look very happy, they do not look very content. They are suffering too much in that office and I see it. I see it in their faces, it's very plain. So that tells me something very important. He doesn't have enough options to actually help them in the best ways that they could be helped. It's not his fault, but he needs to be, you need to send him out to get a lot more types of things that are more effective.

Dr. Lin has good beside manners and he makes me comfortable to ask him whatever concerns I have and get a reply that I understand.

I had to make calls for blood work to be ordered twice. Even second time after I finished my blood work, I was informed I needed to do one more blood work can I come next day at their time not my time, so I saw Dr without getting blood work done. I think staff should be more responsible for this.

My doctor told me that my MRI showed I needed a biopsy, but I have tried all week to set up a biopsy or find out who is supposed to set up a biopsy. And I just get a lot of waiting on hold. So I've worried about this now for five days because I can't get the biopsy set up. So this seems to be something that is really difficult to do for this office. And it's dangerous. I know that he wanted me to get a biopsy right away. So I'm probably, you know, going to be in worse health because I can't get my biopsy set up.

When an announcement of the office visit is made electronically, the office location, the doctor and needed prep procedures, such as bloodwork, should be included in the announcement. I had to call several other offices to get this information, and the office visit had to be postponed because of this. Please fix that!

The office is always clean. Dr. Lin is always kind and informative with my lab results and always knows in advance what we should do

I really like my Dr. Lin. He goes through everything. He spends enough time with me. But I did have one concern in regards to when I was scheduled for my mastectomy. I don't think I was explained the aftercare, but I don't know if that goes on Dr. Lin or the surgeon. If they would have gave me more knowledge of the lymph nodes, I would appreciate that.

My experience being at PIH was great ,all of the stuff members gave me great services. I thank you so much for the best hospitality have provided .The only thing I would like to say is the waiting time was little long.

He seems like a type of doctor who would go to your house and take care of you, even if you didn't get paid. I really respect him and I like him as a physician and a person.
