Happy to have Dr. Schneider see me as my primary provider and not just residents there. He is very thorough. There is a problem with phone system at PIH--had to wait 60 minutes on phone to make this appointment; appointments cannot be made on line for this office. When I called to make an appointment for my bone density test, same problem--waiting a very long time on phone for someone to answer.

Dr. Mark Schneider is not only very professional but also very caring and compassionate physician, he carries his responsibilities with diligence and professionalism and he has never let me down in regards with my physical care. Im grateful to God and PIH for having one of the best Doctors I ever had representing your group with such pride and professionalism to take excellent care of the patients. Dr. Mark Schneider has been my doctor for over 40+ years. He has always provided courteous and excellent service. He also provided medical service to my husband and I felt he did everything possible to help my family when my husband passed. Dr. Schneider is more than my doctor, he's my friend.

I had an appt at 10:25 but I didnt get seen until about 11:40.

Ah, very bad service with the interpreters, they did not send me medicine, they never send me medicine. That is very bad service, but the doctor is excellent.

When I call to make appointment, it's really hard for someone to pick up the phone. Take a long, long time, sometimes 40 minutes to an hour.

I was greeted by all staff members with friendly smiles and attentiveness. (Name removed) was pleasantly engaging and made for a positive experience. Dr Schneider is very attentive and he listens to understand my concerns. I appreciate the dialogue we have about my ailments and treatments.

Staff were very professional. Dr. Schneider was very patient and listened to what I had to say. He explained and answered my questionsto my satifaction.

Your phone system is horrible. I called to get prescriptions filled and they were not filled and the information was not sent in. So I called the office and spent a lot of time on the phone and eventually the next day they told me that one was sent out but the other was not. I don't know why. But then I called back later in the week to make sure that it had been done. They said, oh yeah, it had been done all along. So it wasn't this office so much as your phone system and the people who are answering the phones. Very frustrating. I thought if I were an old, old, old person, you know, really struggling, I wouldn't have known what to do or how to get through. So they need to improve on that.

Dr Schneider has been my doctor for the past 30 plus years and he's terrific I have no problems with him. Unfortunately since he moved over to IH the services have been horrible you don't have enough people to cover the office duties you only have one person that responds to calls if they ever do. I never have anybody call me back to reschedule when I need to. When you call you're told that you have to either hold for 66 minutes which is ridiculous or call back or it cannot attend to you because of covid which that's a poor excuse. The staff is stressed out there's not enough people there to do the job of providing good service to the patients. This in no way impacts the doctors services that they provide to their patients. And while PIH is one of the worst insurance is that I've ever been to the only reason that I keep coming back is because of Dr Schneider. But even I have my limits. You need to start Staffing enough people to render services to the patients. I hope you read this and do something about it.

Dr. Schneider is a very good doctor. I just wish I would have seen him sooner.

It would be great if the ones I charge in setting info on computer would install the calendar for the year so patients can get thieir appointment scheduled whentheg leave the office.. I see my doctor every three month but always need to call in to set my next appointment. It was never like the before he joined in with pih.why is it hard for pih to have the computers set up for the year??

The doctor made me feel very comfortable ! I wanted a long term doc not just an intern / resident which I don't Mind. I feel First initial visit should be with actual doctor.
