Do not like the parking fee!

This doctor gave me the peace of mind that the doctors and hospital staff at the PIH Downey did not give me. He was very thorough. He was very kind, very patient, and his staff was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone going through the same trouble that I am. Thank you.

I visit Dr. Saguan first time yesterday. He explained my condition very clearly. He not only rely the report of the outra sound and ct scan, he also feel the pulse of my feet, and used a small electric machine to detect the problem of the vein of my legs.

Yes, sometimes I didn't hear the answer well. And I think that one time I pushed the button wrong, but they were all twos. I was very happy with the doctor. He was very impressive and respectful and I really liked him and I would always recommend him to anyone. Very good doctor. And I hope to continue seeing him. Thank you.

Dr. Saguan was patient, kind, amazing, just magnificent. He was very thorough and clear, concise, listened to everything, excellent listener, excellent knowledge provider in my primary lymphedema. He is the first doctor in five years that had the knowledge that I needed for my primary lymphedema. He is the second vascular surgeon I've seen, but the most knowledgeable person in five years that has helped me. The prior person that has helped me is my internist, but does not have the knowledge of my primary lymphedema. I have struggled with PIH, Pioneer, for five years because of Dr. Morgan, but Dr. Saguan has helped me in such a great way because I have this in my whole body and Dr. (name removed) did not read all of my prescriptions.
