Great and friendly experience. All my questions I had were answered and was given a good amount of information that helps my pregnancy journey

Nurse didn't put a napkin or some sort of barrier while doing my ultrasound and got my clothes dirty. In my previous experience it's been standard for them to use something so a patient doesn't get full of gel. Also, seemed like she had a hard time finding my baby's heartbeat which is always concerning, maybe that's normal but can feel scary for a mom and puts doubt that the staff is experienced.

Sonia was great. I felt so comfortable speaking with her and asking questions

I've mentioned this before but front office at the women's center can have better communication skills and customer service skills. I work as a medical assistant and I can't imagine talking to my patients the way the front office talks to us. It wasn't just me but multiple patients. I don't know the persons name unfortunately.
