Lauren Fellion PA was kind, efficient and put me at ease since I was so nervous. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. She is very personable and I felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend her and I had a great experience.

My whole experience with PIH has been amazing Dr Lauren was amazing she was kind ,she informed me every step of the process she made me feel very comfortable I didn't feel embarrassed, or ashamed of my body I'm so grateful for her I truly am thank you so much , please pass along this message to her that I am so grateful for her

Lauren was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and very patient. I tend to be a very nervous patient and she made me feel understood and cared for. I'm always hesitant and a bit apprehensive to schedule appointments when I know that Dr. (name removed) will not be there. However, Lauren provided me with excellent care, just like Dr. (name removed). I very much appreciate that.

Lauren is very friendly. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard in my appts.

Lauren Fellion was just fantastic. In fact, I scheduled my next appointment with her. For scheduling my appointment, was just highly disappointing. The individual at the front desk was blah, and she could not book my next appointment and she said she would call. And, as expected, she did NOT call me to schedule my next appointment. So I called and they said they would take a message and send it to Lauren Fellions MA. So Lauren's MA called me back about an hour later, booked my next visit with Lauren, didn't understand why my appointment wasn't scheduled. She was very nice and great customer service. I told her maybe they're just lazy and don't like their job. You need someone with some energy, great personality, and someone who will take the extra steps to help and make anyone who attends your office happy that their there!

Very professional and friendly! She was extremely patient with us and I felt horrible because we were late. She still managed to see us and provided great care!

The Dr. was also kind and professional, warm in her treatment. It made me feel at home. His language was clear and easy to understand and his hands were like silk when he healed me. Always smiling. Very personal treatment

Lauren did my Botox and she did such a phenomenal job. I don't have any spotting, less movement, everything went wonderfully. She's the sweetest thing ever. Anyone should be very happy to see her for any cosmetic procedures.
